This is great advice…if you want to be banned as well. Intentional wrecking of any kind can result in a ban. Doesn’t matter who started it. Kind of like school. Or sports. Or life.
The best revenge is a clean pass. Take the high road.
Then ten more come out of the woodwork. There certainly is no shortage of them. Wish T10 woukd give me the power, I spend enough time on the game I could make a dent in it
Unfortunately wreckers aren’t always lone wolves. Just as unfortunate is a solution for people who choose to behave badly. What worked well in grid Motorsport was reducing speed/power if you tapped another car or corner cut. However this would be frustrating if contact was a racing incident or was due to evasive action. A suggestion for larger impacts above a certain level of force would be to ghost the affected car from the offender so as not to impede it.
I know we all expect solutions from T10 but let’s keep offering suggestions to what is a very difficult situation. I’m sure T10 will implement something but is my concern that the flow on effects aren’t to the detriment of clean racers who occasionally make errors.
Motorsport 6 is a great game with a lot to offer, and the community who play can surely assist in improving the online experience with a view to eleminating anti social gamers if we all put our helmets together.
I was just wondering if there’s something that can be done about this ever growing issue?! It’s ruining the experience of those of us who enjoy playing the game and racing clean. Would it be possible to have the option(in public hoppers) to report the player(just like we have the option to report an offensive livery)? I understand it’s not that simple, but, simply kicking people from the lobby(if that even works) just allow people to troll from lobby to lobby.
Yeah, thats a really good post mate and is clearly helping the situation ive started this thread about
I love Forza,i have since F2 and still do today. As my original post said,Leagues are awesome WHEN the Wreckers arent online. So to say a stupid comment like the one you just did makes me wonder why you even decided to type a reply in the 1st place…
Yep they just need to make it easier to kick players, and report offensive liveries for that matter…
Do you have to report to Xbox for unsociable behavior first before the vote to kick option comes up? As I wasn’t seeing the option last night until I had done that…
I’m a grassrooter but my first time with the new league Can-Am was nothing short of demolition derby. The host had no restrictions so here come the indy cars, F1, etc I thought the restrictions would be enforced somehow? By someone? But it feels like Mom&Dad left for the weekend.Kinda makes the ferrari312p not much of a carrot for me.I’d like to host but how do I? The powers of forza need to adress this like for this new league Can-Am series enforce the restictions. The game is so beautiful to play but frustation is “STUPID” Thank you.
After watching my replay it appears someone was trying to take out the other cars so they have the first and second place. So some of these guys are deliberate just like real life NASCAR. Maybe acctual in game fines and cars impounded that might stop some. Would this be an idea?
I can still see it now, we’re blazing down the last stretch of straight before the chicane (spelling?) at Spa. It’s been a semi gruelling 6 lap race in the rain. I’m in first, he’s in second. I really want this victory to bump my standing in the Can Am League. I hit my breaking point perfectly in my eyes then WHAM!! I’m sent literally flying 50 yards forwards and into a spin, the gentleman behind me had the audacity to ram me, take the lead and win the race.
Now I would have been completely ok with him making an aggressive move to the inside and maybe bump a little. If he won the race that way I would have gotten over it fairly quickly, but when the back end of my car is forced up into the air because of the force I’ve been struck with, and on top of that I end up taking third!!! That’s what really grinds my gears.
I’m not a perfect racer by any means, I’ve definitely bumped people off track because of an aggressive maneuver and I honestly feel bad when I do it. Sometimes I even pull to the side of the road and let a couple people pass me in the hopes that I have somehow paid for my sins to the racing gods. But what that scumbag did to me at Spa was intentional and shows how big of a poor sport people can really be.
Try your hardest to be respectful out there on that virtual track boys. Race hard. Race professionally.
After paying so much for a game I expect to get my money’s worth this includes the multiplayer side.
Is there a chance to introduce some sort of rank system where you are only paired with proper legitimate drivers who do not think this game is Destruction Derby 2. Why do little kids thinks it’s OK to go on a ram rage and not use their break button?
I have stopped playing this game as Forza 4/5 because of this on going problem. I’m sure 90% of the community would agree with me that you need to bring a big change to the way your paired with legit drivers and not idiots.
Leagues help, as they split the playerbase up into various Divisions. Accidents and creashes are always going to be a per of the Multiplayer experience, but in the higher Divisions you do get a chance of some clean racing.
Well, i’m trying to play some good multiplayer since the game came out. Multiplayer is impossible, even fighting for podium isn’t enough for people to brake on corners. Leagues are closed and when they’re open i can play against 3/4 people max…
I love the sounds, graphics and cars but i can’t race against another people.
The multiplayer part in this game is poor. The ranking system is basic, there are nothing to fight for. Just survive the races or the first lap
Unless you have one of those ghost lap mod cards …lol…like mods are needed for a race sim. Skills , skills skills…wrecking and shrecking, restrictions.I still find the new Can-Am league a bit much. The ferrari 312p just not worth the hastle.
Make it lap times with restrictions enforced so no leaderboard cars no derby nuts to deal with just you and the track!
