Toyota Starlet TA - reduce fuel consumption

While testing this fun car I noticed it’s plagued by fuel consumption issues. It has such a high consumption rate that it barely makes the short races online. In medium length races it has to refuel 1 to even 2 times rendering it useless. And even in the short races it has a major performance disadvantage because it has to start with 100% load. Thus, please bring its consumption in balance with normal cars.
