I own the Ultimate Edition on Xbox One, yet the VIP Gear is locked, I didn’t get any Tier rewards despite being Tier LVL 10, and the F&F DLC is also locked.
I’m on the preview dashboard, I have tried restarting and hard shutting down the console, booted the game up numerous times, but to no avail, any ideas?

I’m definitely online, so it’s not that.
I’ve lost count of how many times I have launched and relaunched the game now, still nothing with regards to VIP.
I forgot to mention that I have the digital download version, so I’m guessing the disk related stuff doesn’t apply to me?
Been trying to fix this for over 11 hours now…
In that case i don’t know what else to suggest, i dont own a xbox one. maybe try this?

I’m having same problem ultimate edition all dlc locked vip locked tried microsoft support they sent me here my friend everything unlocked for in the badges vip is locked anyone have a solution for me hoonigan pack works on my fh3
The Hoonigan pack never did work correctly for me on FH3, it didn’t gift me my one time only free cars, instead asking me to purchase them with credits.
Still hoping that it gets fixed evrntually, as apart from the Forzathon challenges, I’d like to move over to FM7, assuming these launch issues get fixed.
Otherwise, what’s the point of getting early access if the game is incomplete/broken?
Well, at least I have Cuphead and Pinball FX3 for now, fingers crossed that it all gets sorted in the end!

That’s two days no access to dlc and vip come on turn 10 give us some answers paid £79.99 and only have limited early access. I can play base game 4 days early!
Logged into game low and behold vip and all dlc accesable thank you turn 10 hope everyone who posted here has same surprise as me good luck and once again thanks for the support turn 10

Did you go to the buy cars tab in game and actually download them? They dont just appear in your garage right off the bat.
My VIP cars came from opening the VIP crates. Only car missing was the Monte Carlo FE. That car appeared in my garage when I logged on and looked yesterday. Other VIP cars recently released are gone along with the 1M Cr. I only have the NSX because that one arrived in a separate Gift message. Thank you.

Like Skippy says, it returns a Marketplace error when clicking on the vehicles.
There is also no Free Cars tab where I’ve been told they should be listed, I have to scroll through to find them, and then the error.
Same applies to the VIP Gear, it clearly shows as DLC, due to having an arrow, but it doesn’t recognise that I own it, same goes for the Day One, Hoonigan, and F&F cars.
It’s as if to all intents and purposes, it thinks that I only own the base game, despite all DLC being present and correct on my HDD.
I also have this problem. I got some loyalty rewards in terms of outfits but despite owning the Ultimate edition I have no VIP or car pack access. I’ve tried to download them manually but it says it’s exclusive content.
The car pass will not download. It has no data in it as there are no car packs released for that yet. If you can see that you own it, you are fine.
What exactly do you mean by, I have no VIP? Are you on xbox or PC? Can you send over a screen shot of the issue you are having?
I’m on Xbox. If I go into ‘Manage Game’ from my game library I can see I have VIP and car DLC (Hoonigan and F&F Day One) downloaded, yet these are NOT accessable in-game. I have no VIP icon next to my name so none of it is being recognised. I have tried deleting these files and redownloding them so far but nothing works. Thanks,
