Hi all. I pre-ordered the ultimate edition and noticed that when I try to enter the VIP only rivals event, it says I’m not a VIP, even though my VIP membership has been installed, and there is no little crown by my name. Anyone else getting this problem?

There are all kinds of problems with the digital versions of the game right now. Just be glad if you are able to play it as the majority of us are not because MS servers crashed.

I can’t access my vip or day one edition cars. Only the first day 8 car pack…

Same here I found thhe day one cars in the autoshow but they are not listed as free but the 8 car pack cars and vip were. Still no mesage for my tier 6 cars mabee they’ll show up on the 1st with the rest of my rewards.
i’m having same issues. (also i did not get any messages about reward cars for my tier 6)

Me too don’t have any tier cars yet. But my VIP and all the other dlc working fine.
Same thing happened with Forza 5. Hopefully it doesn’t take them 3 weeks to fix it this time.

No tier reward for me either. Oh well. Hopefully they’ll fix it tomorrow. The game is awesome. I can’t wait for my wheel to be delivered tomorrow.

I can access the cars, but I have to pay for them? and I have no crown, and I am not recieving the double XP and money
Are you seriously telling me this game has the EXACT SAME issue as the last one? How does that even happen? How could you NOT have learned what not to do after FM5? I was one of the affected last time and I’m sure I will be again as well… although I can’t confirm that, being as I can’t actually play it, despite buying and installing the ultimate edition within a day of it being available. It has decided to “update” by reinstalling the game, which, at the rate I’m getting it, will take about 7-10 hours, in the best case scenario. I’ve defended Turn 10 and Microsoft over and over again. This is the straw. There is just ZERO excuse for any of this. FM5 was rushed and a launch game on a new console with new ways of handling DRM. What, exactly, excuse are they going to try to use this time?

7-10 hours? Try my best case scenario. At least 21 hours. My friend preordered and preloaded this game without any problem. One question, are you inside the Xbox One beta update program?
No, i’m not, but i did still have the demo installed, which may be causing some of the problems. I deleted the demo, power cycled, and now it shows up as if i own it (in the store, at least). Not able to check in game yet.

Same issue here. Ultimate version ignoring VIP and Launch pack. I have been able to play, but I was distracted trying to determine if I screwed up on my end…

Purchased ultimate edition. No VIP, no double rewards, no loyalty cars, no tier rewards (i’m tier 6). What a disappointment. Spent $90 so I could have everything immediately from the get go and now I got screwed. They better do something to make up for this.
