That’s probably why you get an error when you pre-order the Digital Ultimate Edition and it tries to install the placeholder for the VIP pack…

FH3 VIP worked on all accounts, even with game sharing Max.

Although, there are no guarantees it will for FM7, but just thought I would throw it out there.

Call me crazy…but don’t they usually show the VIP cars when they talk about the different Editions? They have not done that this time around and that kind of lets me decide if I want VIP or not. :stuck_out_tongue:

I thought the VIP cars were monthly gifts. You might be thinking of the day one car pack and in that case they haven’t revealed it yet.

No, he is not. While VIPs DO get monthly cars, which are just normal cars with special liveries, the VIP membership also comes with 5 actual cars that you can only get from being a VIP. It’s been like this the last few Forza games, Horizon and Motorsport. For example, in FM6 it was the only way to get the 2013 Ferrari 458 Speciale, 2012 Aston Martin V12 Zagato, 2013 Lamborghini Veneno, 2016 Ford Shelby GT350R, and the 1997 McLaren F1. You could not buy these cars without it, just like a car pack.

Oh ok. I guess I’ll look forward to a few more cars from that as well. I have the FM6 VIP and totally forgot it came with cars too.

How many 100% CR bonus Mods? or is it a permanent bonus?

If it works the same as FM6 then it is a permanent bonus, but only doubles the base reward and does not include Difficulty and assets bonus.

I know it’s probably not the right thread but has it been posted anywhere what the actual VIP bonuses will be? Will know the car pack but what does VIP do this time around?

Any news on day one cars?

the VIP only last 25 races now. they screwed there fans. they give you 5 VIP mod cards that each one last for 5 races and that’s it

The change in the VIP perks/rewards are utterly disgusting.

I want my $20 back. [Implication that this change was at best dishonest, and at worst false advertising on the part of the developer]

I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the FTC over this.

pre ordered the u edition but is this game going to need xbox live gold even if im playing on pc? its not needed on FH3.

Please do file that complaint. You can also report the product on the MS storefront as well as rate and review.

It’s shocking they decided to trick their most dedicated fans out of their hard earned cash.

The details for Forza Motorsport 7’s VIP Pass have been posted on the Windows Store.

"Exclusive Cars, Mods, and Driver Gear await within Forza Motorsport 7 VIP membership! Forza Motorsport 7 VIP members receive 5 exclusive Forza Edition cars, granting players unique in-game perks!
VIPs receive additional benefits including CR bonus mods and 5 exclusive sets of VIP Driver Gear. Exclusive Forza Edition cars include the 2012 Nissan GT-R Black Edition, the 2014 BMW M4 Coupe, the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro Super Sport Coupe, the 2013 Ram Runner, and the 1992 Ford Escort RS Cogsworth. Get your VIP membership today!"

I am extremely disappointed with the cars included, I admire the new driver suits, and everything else is standard for VIP as always. The cars however, beyond disappointed. I thought there would at least be one new car added to the game held for VIP, but absolutely nothing new. So far I would believe that each of these 5 cars will be available in the game as standard editions, even worse if the cars of choice aren’t to your liking in the VIP pass. It is what it is though everyone, I’m just stating my personal opinion. Feel free to discuss below.

Indeed. Again here’s the link for the FTC Complaint Assistant for those who missed it. It takes 5min or less (or more if you want to be descriptive with the details how VIP worked in previous games compared to now).

The more I’ve thought about it the more I realize they are still being a bit shady about this issue by changing the store but not offering up at least an official acknowledgement.

So far it looks like its limited. https://i.imgur.com/e0ipy7B.jpg

Which to me, since it was always on for the other titles…and the wording in their previous ads about it…I bought it thinking it would be always be on.

If you are interested you can look up regedit and amazon forums and enjoy some conversation about this and other mod things.
