I have to start a new one for this bug.
I started the game five times today, started the game in Windows 10 and on the Xbox Series X and both installations didn’t give me access to the dlc content I bought.
None of the car packs (I own all of them), none of the expansion dlc as Hot Wheels or Rallye Adventure or VIP or Premium Content that I do preorder.
Additionally all player houses I already bought are now again on sale.
I did recognize this bug several times now since I own the game, it occurs around two days in a weektime, where I cannot play the game properly as I lost the double FP bonus that comes with one of the houses. I may say that the VIP bonus with doubled credits for races doesn’t bother me, as I have reached the credits level of 999 999 999 pieces about a year ago.
Mostly I do not like the loss of the FP double points and that I cannot complete the seasonal challenges for the Rally and Hot Wheels expansion.
I had the bug now several times, don’t know the exact number, but it has to be more than 100 times now I cannot access the content I have paid for. Funny thing it only happens for Forza Horizon 5 and lately also for Forza Motorsport, where the other games like Forza Horizon 4 or Forza Motorsport 7 works fine.
I wonder how Microsoft didn’t fix this problem in all these years. It appears, that the server information for my and other player accounts messed up and miss some details. I don’t have any workarounds for this problem other than just try it again and again later.
As I already said, it isn’t that much of a problem, I have all cars, I missed some clothes, I don’t have all the accolades as some are just out of my reach, I just want to complete every seasonal event, I have 64000 plus FP, I have hundreds of unused wheelspins.
What bothers me most is that these problem still occurs and that I have to check every time I start the race if the vip content is available or not. And that I cannot play the game as intended when I want to play.
I have bought the game as preorder, and every dlc - even the limited edition controller. And I want access to the already paid content.
I did not a ticket for this problem any more, every ticket for that matter I posted was closed shortly after as the problem cannot to be fixed as it seems. I have it since I own the game, some times it is more frequently and some times there are no problems at all. But I have to admitt that I mostly do the seasonal stuff in one session and return only for the daily challenges at the end of the season’s week.
I am really frustrated now.
