Ever since update 681.890 I have not ben able to access Rally Adventure or Hot Wheels park. before the roll into the summer Horizon Wilds summer the game
and dlc were working great. I get up to log into the new season Horizon wilds summer this morning and the dlc was greyed out on the map I do own all doc’s and content. What do we know about this bug and when will it be addressed. The xbox app and windows store both recognize the dlc as owned. It is the game that does not
THIS PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED AS OF 04/04/2025. SUPPORT TOLD ME THEY ARE STILL LOOKING INTO THE ISSUE. THIS IS MORE THEN JUST A SERVER ISSUE. MY DLC IS NOT ACCESSABLE. OTHERS ARE HAVING THIS SAME PROBLEM. trouble SHOOTING XBOX GANING SERVICES AND WINDOWS STORE WINDOWS 11 DOES NO GOOD. THAT DOES NOT FIX THE PROBLEM. SOMEBODY SAID SEVER ISSUES HAS BEEN RESOLVED, WELL IF THEY HAVE i WILL NOT BE PLAYING FH5 ANYMORE, SEVERS ARE FAR FROM FIXED
o\i tried signing out and back in of both store and xbox app reinstalled the game numerous times on multiple drives cleared cache’s etc nothing worked to get it back
I will try but usually support ticket’s go unanswered

Series 45 summer, Rally Adventure events, (last 4 races) are not selectable and don’t appear on the maps. Also in the normal menu, the “Rally Adventure” and the "Hot Wheels tabs have all there content “greyed out”.
I own all DLC’S and everything worked perfectly till this series (series 45). I have completed all rally events and all hotwheels events. This only happened on release of series 45. Im on pc win11 "windows store"and dont have discord installed. I have played forza since release and have tried all the standard fixes with no luck.
I have submitted a ticket, as yet no response.
I got reply and they just pointed to dlc troubleshooting https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/articles/6620954048787-DLC-Troubleshooting, I did those except re-installing but none of those changed anything.
Also decided to try FH5 with my series x and I’m able to access dlc maps from there, so this is probably related only to pc.
Hey @Beermachine66. Sorry to hear you’re having this issue with the DLC. Can I just ask are you using the new Discord Overlay? Or have you disabled it as above?
We’re trying to identify any connection to the server issues.
EDIT: And when you say PC, are you playing via Windows or Steam?
I have EXACTLY the same problem on pc win11 "windows store"and dont have discord installed.

Similar questions to above. If you’re playing on PC, which version (Windows or Steam)? And again, if you’re playing on PC are you using the new Discord Overlay?
EDIT: Have you tried disabling the Discord Overlay if so?

I have discord overlay disabled and also tried running FH5 discord not running, still the same no access dlc maps on win11 pc (ms store)
Also noticed that if I play with series x I can access dlc maps, so probably only pc problem .

24 hours later I still have no response to the ticket i successfully submitted. Still having same issues. Nothing has changed
I think it has to do with Horizon Wilds Summer Update launched March 27 2025. March 26 2025 the day before the update My DLC was fine. When I loaded the game on March 27 2025 To Check out the Horizon Wilds Playlist that is when I noticed no access to DLC. had access the 26 but not the 27. Too much of a coincidences to me for it not have to do with this last update

SAME! THEY DO NOT CARE! BUT EVERY MINUTE THEY ARE INVESTED IN FPRZA MOTOSPORT!
Before that there was server outage, i could not load season at all and the message was that server was not accessible!
