Couldnt access clubs, auction house, festival playlist, many more areas, then it comes back its becoming a very unstable game, my buddy cant sell his auction car because of server error and i also had the problem as well
When you write a report, please mention on what platform you’re having issues.
Instead of creating a thread after thread with a rant, without providing any additional info.
Because for example, if you play the game on steam, then every Wednesday at 1am gmt+2 time steam reboots their servers, so the API’s go offline for a few minutes… Or at the worst case for an hour or more… Which puts the game into an offline state until api’s go back online.
“+” New discord update on PC might be messing with the game’s connectivity (maybe)
I loaded into the game this morning, got put into the offline season state, disabled new overlay in discord that was enabled by default… the game immediately loaded me back in into the live season.

Windows 11; Steam; server issue today dropped back to an older series but then rectified itself. Cannot purchase anything in FP shop, and now I cant select any EventLab games so cannot complete todays challenge.

I just hit the backup playlist when I tried to load the game, so I’d assume something is up with MS’s servers.

I think the discord was my issue. Disabled Overlay and everything started working
EDIT: Turned out it was a coincidence and i still suffer the same issues
im having the same problem for at least two last days. nothing worked, tried things like restarting everything relogging Xbox account and nothing helped. Whats going on with the servers?
P.s. im having all the same issues like these guys here + Windows 10 and Steam user.
I cannot access rally adventure ot hot wheels park either. There maps are blank and when I go to them they want me to go the marketplace. i go the marketplace it shows them as installed. I own the dlc but since update 681.890 the dlc are greyed out on the map even

The game was working perfect including DLC March 26 2027. I get up this morning March 27 2025 I load the game to checkout Horizon Wolds Playlist, that is when the dlc was not activating. Something with this Horizon Wilds Update is Causing these DLC errors

i just can feel your frustration based by the amount of your spam here. i feel ya bro, im on the same boat except i dont own any dlcs because of how unstable the game is i never will - not only whole game crashes often, but now these server issues appeared too…

Win 11 PC xbox store digital version, all drivers updated, all other games including FH4 work flawlessly. This is getting to the point where FH5 is UNPLAYABLE!
“Ever since S44 debacle and even after applying the hotfix, my game has been crashing to desktop in races, in free form, in screen transitions. I HAVE ALREADY TRIED all of the recommendations for this problem listed in the Forum and past reports of this issue. THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES TO MY PC, components, software, OS. All apps and OS are up to date as are all drivers.
Also since today’s new Season, the game is unstable, with convoy error messages, server issues. Rebooted 5 times today allow, 1gb internet connection FH4 running FINE! PLEASE FIX THIS SERIES OF UNPLAYABLE ERRORS. and PLEASE don’t send me down a rabbit hole. I’m an Tech guy and used to work at Microsoft. This is a Forza error, not my PC/Rig.”

Not yet. The management & dev team have taken their eye off the wheel so to speak to speed the arrival of FH6 and even though this is just RE-HASHED content they’ve carelessly thrown it out there apparently without any testing or QA. Friends are having on-going game to desktop crashes since S44. MS/PG, please stop this nonsense and PAY ATTENTION!

Came back here to say that discord did not fix my issues. Just like OP im still having the exact same problems. And very often. I only recently started playing FH5, but seeing OPs frustration i can conclude that this isnt the norm.

Can’t get into the monthly rivals and playlist event labs show connection errors.
Edit: just tried to buy a backstage pass in the forzathon shop and it failed. First time I’ve ever seen an error message that would try again and you points will be refunded if unsuccessful.
What is going on?

Also decided to fireup series x after a long time and I’m able to access dlc maps from there, so this is probably related only to pc.
I use xbox one x for this, get this most times I try and log in now
this has worsened quite a lot recently and it’s getting even worse
random - “poor connection” messages
no eventlab names
can’t access some playlist events/menu items
usually can see other players driving around
game thinks I’m in horizon life
sometimes get the fallback playlist on opening the game (sorts itself out after a bit)
gifts not working, first one for a week gives “you’ve been generous”
all sorts of random issues around connection
they do seem to settle down after a while
game and xbox restarts seem to help
maybe it’s remote software support from somewhere in east Europe or Asia
