Just herd back for Support. They suggested disabling overlay in discord. I did that even though I do not use discord and that still did not work. here is what support did say
If you use Discord: Can you try disabling the Discord overlay, or fully closing Discord. Then try relaunching the game to see if there are any changes?
Our teams are investigating some server issues after the newest Discord update.

This has NOTHING TO DO WITH DISCORD. But it has with a mess at Turn10!

Brother do not watse time and energy with a hit and miss strategy from them. They messed up the game with latest update.

What would a discord overlay have to do with the game not recognizing that you have DLC packs downloaded?

Hello,

Please try the following things for the platform you’re playing on and try to sync your save after each step:

If you get the message to pick between save files please note the wording is confusing. The date is when the save was created, not when it was last saved.

PC Windows Version

  • If possible try to load your save on a different device. (A different PC or Xbox)
  • Please restart your PC then load your game to sync data.
  • Please try to manually update the game and any DLC using the Microsoft Store.
  • UWP Reset Application
    • Windows>Settings>Applications>title>Advanced Options>Reset
  • Perform a Windows Store reset
    • Uninstall Forza
    • Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog.
    • Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.
    • The WSReset tool resets the Windows Store without changing account settings or deleting installed apps.
    • A command prompt will now open without any message. After about 30 seconds, the command prompt will automatically close, and the Microsoft Store app will open.
    • Install Forza

I just did all of this step by step, including deleteing the game resetting the store, resetting the Xbox app and REDOWNLOADING 179GB from my monthly download amount, for absolutely NO CHANGE. it did nothing. ALL the problems are still exactly the same.

Did you see my reply above, they want you to waste time and do wild fuse chase for them. It is their oaid job to fix this! There is nothing wrong on our end the game is messed up! They need to fix that ASAP. The only solution is for them to get to work even thou they avoid it maximally and release a patch (update) that will fix this.

This has nothing to do with the Xbox app for PC either. All other games and DLC show up. Fh5 has become very unstable the past few weeks. 2 weeks ago no points issue, now this

I had already tried all of that anyway. I try everything before i report bugs

resetting the store does no good also when the store recognizes the DLC as owned and installed

One big loop as you can see by all of my screenshots. the game says DLC is installed WWindoiws Store says the DLC is installed but yet have no access to it and like I have never touched it. Been playing Solid again Since Horizon Wave Kicked off March of 2024. been Playing off and on before that. I got through my first four star ranking with no bugs. As soon as I become a 5 star + player the game has become buggy

Same problem. Nothing work. New install, repair.
Games works fine wednesday evening, Friday evening no accses.

Glad to know it won’t work, and I’ll probably have to open a ticket.
Yes: I had Discord Installed, but I disabled overlays long ago, and wasn’t even
actively using it, or letting it start w/ Windows. It is now uninstalled.

PC User, Windows Store/XBox App.

Exactly the same issue here on PC via Game Pass Ultimate, with both DLCs owned/purchased/installed. Have played both DLCs since they were released, but am unable to access both since the last update. Both DLCs show up as “Installed” through the XBOX app on Win11

Same issue Here.
I tried resetting the game.
I tried re-installing both DLCs
I Tried Re-Installing The Game + DLCs
I Tried Re-Installing Windows, The Game And Both DLCs
I Tried restoring an older Savegame

Everything made no difference.

Windows 10, Fully Updated.
