So I am having the common issue of the DLC not loading. PC is a fresh install of Windows 11 as of 2 weeks ago. I installed the game and the DLC but it won’t work. Plays the cut scene, tells me to install it, then takes me to the Windows store which tells me it’s already installed.
I am seeing posts from over a year ago about this issue, surely they have a fix by now??

yup I did, didn’t help fix the issue that’s been happening for over a year.

Having the same Problem. Cant play Rally Expansion!
On the starting expedition: Fist cutscene then only: “install” or cancel.
Having the ultimate premium lasercommander edition of FH5, I already paid for the rally dlc.
Now all i get is the option to pay again. (At the same time, windows store shows rally as installed)
This windows store problem is not new. Had the same Problem in FH4 with dlcs i owned.
Having this Problem years later again, is realy frustrating. Paying in advance for FH-content seems like a very very bad idea, just because the software infrastrucsture simply cant handle it.
And like years before, there will be no helping hand from playground. Just waiting for days, till it magically is fixed.

Man you guys are really slow… you do know rally isnt the only expansion? Waiting for it to release hasnt magically fixed the problem

Which is why I asked what DLC you’re talking about. Still haven’t answered that.
Hot wheels is a good example but its all dlc such as cars i purchased
While Rally Adventure says ‘available March 29th’ they seemingly fail to mention WHEN on March 29th. It would appear they’re doing a ‘rolling release’ again as they seem so fond of.
I haven’t been able to any official information on this. Instead, I got the info from other websites which looked back at the HW expansion to have an idea of the release schedule. Copied from two sources:
should be able to access the new content at at 7 PM CET / 6 PM GMT / 1 PM ET / 10 AM PST.
Forza Horizon 5 Rally Adventure release time is 10:00 PST / 13:00 EST / 18:00 GMT on March 29
