DLC - DLC won't install on PC

I bought recently FH5 Premium, all DLC’s, VIP, Cars are ok on the xbox version but, when installed on PC it only installs FH5 base game and the 2 expansions, no VIP, no Car Pass and other DLC’s. It shows I own them and they’re ready to use on the xbox pc app, but refuses to install them.

Any help will be welcome

I don’t think the other dlc actually installs.

On xsx, if I manage game there is only 2 dlc expansions installed, the rest don’t need to be
