I wonder if you could help, please?
I’ve preordered the Ultimate Edition from the UK Microsoft store and have finished the preload on both PC and my Xbox.
However, the preload and all the Ultimate add-on extras (2 expansions, VIP, Bond pack, etc) are all showing as successfully installed on the Xbox, whereas on the PC, only the game and the Bond pack have installed… 
I’ve got errors for the remaining 4 packs (VIP, 2 expansions, etc) and no number of PC resets or using the ‘wsreset.exe’ command to refresh the PC’s Microsoft store cache will change this.
I normally wouldn’t be concerned, as it’s a pre-order, but;
a. They’re fully installed on the Xbox, so why not the PC?
b. I had the same problem 2 years ago with FH3 and I didn’t get my Ultimate extras until days after launch - which kind of negates paying extra for early access… 
Is anyone else’s PC pre-load showing the same issues, please?!
I’d really like to fix this before release so I can enjoy the game next Friday!
