I picked up the season pass for fh1 on the 16th October and still am unable to download the rally expansion.
When was it working last, does anyone know?
Considering getting a refund but knowing my luck the thing will get fixed when the dlc is gone from my account!
If you didn’t redeem the car packs and the Expansion before the content was delisted, you’re out of luck. Probably best off requesting a refund for it.
I’ve just been talking to a guy from Microsoft support who wouldn’t give me a refund for the season pass despite not being able to access half the stuff on it that I bought on the 16th of October when I bought the game on sale for £7.49. He told me to come here to post my problem when it seems plenty of people have beaten me to it. He claimed that Turn 10 creates fixes for individual people who come on here, I’m entirely sceptical but I’m just doing as he said. I’d appreciate any or all help as £15.99 for a season pass that doesn’t work isn’t exactly fun. Thank you in advance.
I’ve been having the same issue now for about two months. Xbox support claims Turn10 are aware of the issue and will be fixed in next update… but that story has been repeated for a month. Turn10 should acknowlede the issue and give an ETA. Or just do a database query with Microsoft where they check who has season pass and then in the xbox marketplace (not in game marketplace) add the season pass contents into the download history of the people that don’t have it. If by any chance the case by case fix is true then fix me up (which is very unlikely and sounds made up) as this is quickest done as a batch job. This issue and non communication has really put a dent into my enjoyment of this game (thankfully they fixed the online part but that took too long) and future interest into this series… Interested to se what they will do to put our faith back into this series.
Well, it will be most likely fixed in the next update, but who knows when this will happen.
If they’re not going to fix the issue, or can’t because of a technical issue, then they should just come forward and tell us. It’s worse to be in this state of limbo unsure about whether or not we’ll get a fix than just know upfront we’re never tasting rally in FH because we’re too late to the party.
I’ve come to peace with the idea I’ll never enjoy the previous games’ DLCs because I’m late, I’m confident I’ll deal with that too.
Come on turn 10… I’ve yet to have an incomplete Forza yet… Don’t leave it to this one. Update season pass holders to receive the rally expansion…Please.
Well I called xbox support today and I was told that there would be NO FIX for this, which is going against some of the previous info on here. TURN 10 should confirm if a fix is being worked on or if they’ll never be one.
You know I’m actually quite shocked at this. The game is not even that old and just because a new edition is out they forget it.
I was thinking of picking fh3 or f6 up with the deals going about but I can’t let this go, so nah will pick up something else.
Haven’t tried this for a long while but its still not fixed.
I understand the game is EOL now but hell they were selling the non working dlc weeks before the delisting date… Poor form Turn 10.

Turn 10 has to fix this! I bought the season pass, and knowing that if I had bought the rally expansion and car packs separately I wouldn’t have this problem is just beyond baffling!
I can understand that they’re not selling the content any longer, but at least making it available and obtainable by season pass holders really shouldn’t be any problem whatsoever!
