I bought the season pass of forza horizon in my Xbox one marketplace, but I can’t download any content of this season pass when I opened Ready to install in my console, I talked with the HongKong Microsoft stuff, they told me the reason is something wrong with the game itself, please help me to solve this problems, thank you.
Hi I also just purchased the season pass and can’t access any of the in-game content because of down servers. Because I trusted the season pass instead of buying the Rally Expansion and other content separetely. Please can we have an update on this?
I bought the season pass on xbox 360 on Saturday and cannot download anything, because the market place is down.

Same situation here. Want to get my season’s pass content for Forza Horizon 1 downloaded before it’s delisted, so I’m not screwed out of it like I was for Forza 4. Please give us an update on the marketplace servers, as every time I try to access them I get “failed to download required xbox live marketplace data”.
you can gain access to all dlc in the season pass etc by downloading all the free car dlcs on the 360 market place and also the season pass, the only thing you cant get is the rally expansion (which is pretty much the only one anyone wants)

I’ve ealso bought all the DLC available except that of the Season Pass which would include them and I’m wondering if it will ever work before delisting.
I’m eager to download my content and play this magnificent game.

The server is gonna be down, but nobody give us a reply, money was totally wasted and got nothing at all…

Standard thing at Microsoft and Turn 10 
. Be prepared for more with any other Forza game . I had similar situation with DLC for Forza Horizon 2. I paid, it didn’t work as it should. After being guided to reset my profile which lead to resetting the console (usual troubles with shitty Xbox and with pseudo-tech support from Microsoft) I could only insist on being refunded… Hahaha This is how biggest IT company supports their products
same problem here, i bought season pass , and vip membership but i can’t download all contents.
As of today all DLC for this is now gone off the store and still some of us did not get the stuff … most of us got the pass a week befor and the store was not working .
SO now what do we do I still dont have the stuff after getting the pass as the same with other players
Request a refund, there’s nothing you can do if you didn’t manage to “redeem” the season pass.
Pretty crappy in my eyes, but this is the way it’s always been for this company.

Please Turn 10 Studio… help us… we bought the Season Pass DLC, but almost all of us are not able to use / download the car packs and Rally expansion…
They do not appear in “ready to install” section on Xbox One, as described and supposed to work…
Well to be fair we were freaking out here in the last month before the delisting, in order to help those interested in content.
I hate to say that you missed it, because they can’t sell. If they sell they can be sued?
So here’s a solution for you (if you can’t get one from Microsoft customer service/refund):
You said you have the Season Pass. Right, Season Pass is a tiny file that enables stuff in game. There was this “free/demo content”, consisting of one car per month.
I guess you can copy these free DLC from a friend in a memory unit, this is not illegal, the free car is free so it should not require a gamertag license or a console license in order to work.
The good part for you, owner of a Season Pass, is that your tiny Season Pass file “unlocks” this “free pack of one car” to a full month pack, like it should be, really.
So you are fully covered regarding the month packs.
We were discussing this in other thread, so we promptly downloaded all the free cars in the dashboard before the delisting, because the in-game marketplace was not working.
About the Rally Expansion, I’ve bought it again before the delisting. So I don’t know if you can still “activate it”, because there was never a “demo” of the Rally Expansion.
I guess that you can buy a code from Amazon/whatever and that should grant you the download of the Rally Expansion. If you are lucky to find one, though.
HOw can I get the full month pack if I dont happen to be a season pass owner?
Only having the Season Pass file on the storage of the Xbox will allow a demo car to be unlocked as the full montlhy pack.
As you have all the free cars, the best for you is to find a code for the Season Pass.
