At startup I’ve noticed the tiny message on top left of the screen: “Saving Marketplace data…”

Then the Marketplace is accessible, but tokens can’t be bought, and the cars available I already have. And there’s nothing inside Extra content, as expected.

So, people who lack content, should check if the free cars are available at least.

Car Packs included in Season Pass still can’t be downloaded. Hope they gradually add back the those cars (if possible).

There are reports that owners of the Season Pass can download their Rally Expansion!

Don’t come here in two months saying that no one warned.

Great, I was able to download Rally Expansion on 02.17.2017! :blush: Thanks a lot for the advise! And also thanks a lot, Playground Studio, Turn 10 and Microsoft, to hear us and fix this issue! :blush::blush::blush:

Just saw this and just downloaded the Rally Expansion! Finally! Glad I didn’t request a refund. Hopefully they’ll be able to fix the car packs as well, but that won’t bother me as much as not having the Rally expansion at least. Tried it out a bit as well and it works perfectly. Thank you Turn 10 and Playground! :slight_smile:

Tried it today on both Xbox 360 and Xbox One via BC. Granted, I already have all of the content and so I can only relate my own experience to date.

BACKGROUND ON SOME OF THE FOLLOWING POINTS: When I obtained the Season Pass back in October (prior to the formal delisting), I did so on my Xbox One and my Season Pass at that time -did- offer to me to install the various Car Packs, including bonus cars. I never purchased the individual car packs themselves. I was also able to add the 1000 Club when it was still available, and I purchased VIP separately. An Xbox agent took pity on me back in October, shortly before the formal delisting, to credit me for the Rally Expansion as it wasn’t showing up at that time as available for free download via my Season Pass. I’ve therefore had all content in-game except for any unicorn cars, and the Limited Collector’s Edition (which I finally got in hand the other day, new and sealed, and for which all 3 download codes -are- still working (although I have not yet redeemed any of them, still considering my options). Finally, all of the steps below have resulted in no actual change(s) to any of the content I’ve already had installed.

As follows:

  • Marketplace does show content as expected.

  • Season Pass: As I already had the Season Pass and all of the other packs previously, the in-game Marketplace -did- offer to download them again (“You may have already purchased or downloaded this before, would you like to download again”). Some of the individual car packs are labeled as “Free”, some as “Purchased”; but as all are already on my system and in my download history, this may just be a moot point.

  • VIP: Offered to me to re-download.

  • Rally Expansion: When selected, this offered itself to me as a Free download as though I’d never purchased it before (and I did tell the system to make the Free download when it prompted me to do so); however, I’m not sure -why- it offered itself to me for Free, as I already had the content itself. The content did -not- actually re-download, however. Interestingly: After having clicked the Free download button today, it now offers itself to me as something I can re-download again.

  • 1000 Club: Nothing shows in the Marketplace.

  • Tokens: Remain non-functional.

I’m happy to test and/or answer any other questions I can; will consolidate this info with my other, more detailed posting in the sticky post on Cars, DLC, and End of Life.
