VIP Status Disappeared

Hi, did you resolve this problem please? I’m facing the same issue right now and I’m pi**ed by the attitude from Xbox. Thank you in advance.

Mostly restarting the device you run the game on will fix this problem (Xbox or PC).

I had some problems some week ago, where the vip crown was lost, I could not get access to some of the cars that came with the VIP pass (BMW X5 FE for example) and even some of the players houses were ready to be bought again.

The other day the Test Drive sign wasn’t at the map any longer.

But both problems disappear after restarting my pc…

Now I have these problem again for two days now. Either through the x-box app on pc neither starting the game in the microsoft store directly brings me my VIP Content or other dlc I already bought.

Startet the pc several times now new. but always I got the x-box app message that it cannot connect to the microsoft store account. I can have the shop open with my account showing and all the extra stuff bought for Forza Horizon 5 but nothing of it is in the game, started the game about more than 30 times today on my pc and on my x-box one and x-box series x.

The resuts are the same - no vip crown or bonuses nor access to the dlc content at all.

What is happening here?

Now I restarted my pc once again and the shop claims that I have to buy the whole edition again? What?

I click on hte owned and inatalled Forza Horizon 5 Premium Edition in the library tab and the shop told me I don’t own the game anymore?
