VIP Membership missing content

I hate to even bring this up as it seems like an old issue. I can find threads on the old legacy forums but I can’t find anything in the new forums. And since you can’t post on or use the old forums…

I got an Xbox one and and FM5 for Christmas, and I purchased the VIP membership from online store. The content is showing as installed, but I didn’t get everything you are supposed to get with the purchase.

I did get:
The ability to purchase the 5 VIP cars.

I didn’t get:
The crown next to my Gamertag indicating VIP status
I didn’t get the 2x credit increase for leveling (I went up one level just to check and I got 35k credits instead of 70k)

I’ve reset my Xbox, unplugged it, restarted things a couple of times and still no go. I thought this was supposed to be fixed. Who do I contact or how do I get a hold of turn 10 about the issue?

I’ve been informed on Twitter by @ForzaMotorsports that there are server issues causing issues. And once they get the server issues fixed it will correct the VIP status problems. It would be nice if they made these issues known instead of leaving people guessing.

This is exactly the issue I’m having. Paid $26.95 and all I got was a few full-priced car unlocks in the marketplace! What a joke.

I’ll be returning Horizon 2 when it arrives in a couple of days from EB that’s for sure!
