Ive been waiting for an acknowledgement from the forza support site for almost two weeks, this is the only game I play and Ive put roughly a 100 hours into my save (this is a LOT for me) and since its been deleted Ive been too afraid to play in fear of messing anything else up.
Ive paid 200$ for this game (once for me once for my brother so we can play together as its the only thing we do together anymore with our busy lives) its a bit absurd that I cant even play the game at this point.
This game is literally almost perfect, the only thing holding it back is the stupid microsoft cloud service.
As for the support ticket, how long is this supposed to take?
This is getting ridiculous, almost two weeks without any sort of support on my ticket.
My issue has not even been looked at by support, and I cant even touch the game for fear of ruining it.
200$ down the drain. Thanks microsoft.
Not to mention for whatever reason my account is stuck to moderated posts, meaning even if I want to reply to a live thread or post to the forum it’ll take more than 24 hours to get it approved.
Whats the point of these forums if they dont work! ?!
If this post gets approved (I doubt it honestly at this point) I just want an answer that isnt to submit a ticket.

I want you guys to know I love this game, which is why Im so upset about this. It really is the only thing I ever get to play, and its basically family time for me and my brother that we rarely get anymore.
Going by what you have stated so far you wasted 100 before even started playing
You could have bought digital and game shared with your brother
Sounds like your game reset …usually happens when you dont allow the save to fully sync or sync to the wrong save after playing offline…never cancel a sync
I bought the game digitally for myself originally and then a copy for my brother, we are both on PC I later purchased the ultimate upgrade for both of us. Im not going to share an account, Im not twelve years old and can afford paying for the hard work the devs put in, as it is a field that I am interested in entering myself. (out of principal)
What originally happened, is my game crashed in the middle of a race and it restarted with the error E47-0 (profile is no longer available) so I made a backup of my profile folder form app data on a separate computer and opened a ticket with forza support. The game attempted to sync on my other pc and failed and I got the same error. I think the new update killed it honestly since that was the day that it stopped working.
I never cancelled a sync , Im not actually 12 years old., you dont have to patronize me or anyone else on the forum for an issue with the worthless microsoft cloud integration.
I wouldn’t get your hopes up, this is the worst customer support you’ll likely ever encounter. Tickets go unanswered for weeks or months, which is why RetroKrystal comes on here every day and asks people for their ticket number or just tells them to submit another. I hope your problem gets solved, but there’s so many issues with this game that have been there since day 1 and haven’t been fixed.
Thanks for the support dude. Honestly my game was perfect on my end until it crashed after the recent Mitsubishi update. I actually love this game and have put a lot of time into it out of sheer fun, which is not something I usually get to do with my life being as hectic as it is.
I dont want to spam the support ticket site since its likely what is the root of the delays (people constantly making new tickets for no good reason)
I really hope that they can get this sorted, otherwise I wont be supporting the next release. Which is a shame since its basically the only series I really follow any more.
I fear you’ll get the generic “thanks for making us aware of this” or “we’re currently looking into this”. That’s what I got anyway, along with many others too. This basically translates as “we’re not doing anything/we don’t care”.

I really hope thats not the case, otherwise this will be the last time I purchase one of their products. I cant afford to put another 200 hours into this game to gain back what Ive lost. At that point Im gonna have to refund it.
How long did it take for them to get back to you? did you have to post on the forum to get their attention?
My ticket has been open for 35 days, which took 2 weeks for first reply with nothing since.
My first ticket took the same 2 weeks and then 2 weeks for every reply after and eventually closed it without helping.
I made the mistake of waiting for help that never came and missed the 30 day return window. So now I’m stuck with a game that I Love and Hate.
I wonder if Lemon Law or any other law would come into play here? I will have to research this and ask around if Software falls under the Lemon Law in the US.

I submitted a ticket initially as my team adventure rank is permanently stuck on level 20 (others are also having this problem).
After 4 weeks I got a message from RetroKrystal asking “just checking to see if you’re still having this problem?” I said I was.
3 weeks later Ju1ceCannon tells me “rank 20 is the max rank.” This is obviously incorrect. Ticket marked as “solved”.
I sent RetroKrystal a DM telling her my problem has not been solved, giving her the ticket number, and she replied pretty quickly, then also told me that “Rank 20 is the max rank”. When I told her this is wrong, you start on 20 and then go up to 19, 18, etc, she just ignored me.
After this I submitted a second ticket, this time Ju1ceCannon replied quickly and said “we’re currently looking into this.” Ticket marked as solved. This was two weeks ago. I very much doubt anything will get done.
Completely baffling how support just blow people off with false information, not help, then ignore you. Really disappointing and I will not be buying another Forza game.
I opened up a ticket two weeks ago and it went unanswered, I was told to post another so I did.
Those tickets were closed 8 minutes ago and marked as solved, the original ticket was left open unsolved but showed as the last activity being the same time as the other.
My save data is still gone and I still cant play the game. This is just not fair.
I will be contacting Microsoft and getting a refund since this game is so unbelievably unstable and the support team only tells you to wire new tickets and when you complain thet give you false hopes and close your ticket without saying anything.
Just got a reply after contacting XBOX support, they seem to have a direct line to forza staff.
They closed my tickets and told me not to submit anymore. They left open my original ticket and replied telling me to mash the Y button on my keyboard when at the “press enter” screen. as if that would fix it.
Now Im gonna have to wait anotehr two weeks for a reply telling me sorry we have nothing to do.
The least they could do is credit my account with my items/cars/credits, but I am left hanging for another indefinite length of time.
Im not touching another turn10 game if this is what happens.

The support team are working hard to look into your ticket and I understand that the current response time isn’t ideal and that we’re working on reducing this.
You literally had the time to view my ticket and deliberately decided to go on here and take even more time to respond about how I wrote the words and I copy pasted this “WHY ARE MY TICKETS BEING CLOSED and NOT RESOLVED!”
I believe this was reasonable after two weeks of waiting and randomly having tickets close with no response. I didnt say anything offensive, honestly I wrote that before I contacted support because all my tickets were closed and my issue wasnt resolved.
Put yourself in my shoes, say you bought two copies of the game and then bought the ultimate upgrades. and spent roughly 200$ on this game to spend time with a family member who you rarely get to see or talk to . Then all the progress you’ve made together was wiped due to a server error or unstable code and you submit a ticket and wait weeks for a response and then your tickets are randomly closed. I think what I said was fair.
You see, Im a bit more worried about how I spent 200$ on your game and it is broken, on top of which, support takes weeks to reply and when they are forced to they essentially tell you to to mash a button on the start screen. (I even provided a zip of my saved profile so you can see what went wrong an what my progress etc was, maybe thinking it would be a useful piece of data for the programmers.)
If you guys are literally have the time to be viewing the tickets and worrying about capitalization , you obviously have much larger problems at hand than this.
I apologize if anything I said or have done may have personally offended you, It was not my intention. I am just a bit frustrated with how things are being handled, and I absolutely get that you guys have a lot on your plate with everyone experiencing a multitude of issues, however I dont believe that it should take this much time and effort to even have your ticket looked at. You obviously aren’t being paid enough to deal with all these requests. Either hire more staff or pay your current staff more!.
And again, Im only so frustrated because I LOVE this game, and I WANT IT TO BE GOOD, and I WANT TO PLAY IT. You guys are skirting on perfection with it. Dont let it die.
If the many problems with this game are not fixed then everyone should get a refund. However, that won’t happen, so the best thing to do is to never buy a game from this company again.
I tried to get a refund, but said it was past 30 days. It only went past 30 days because I waited so long for my support ticket to get answered. I shouldn’t have waited.
How convenient for them. I’ve a feeling you wouldn’t have got it anyway, they would’ve found another excuse.
4 months this game has been out now and you have to hand it to them, they’ve really messed it up. Still the same bugs, terrible multiplayer and worst customer support you’ve ever seen. A thorough shambles. Congratulations.
