Support is a joke.

I submitted a ticket almost 3 weeks ago (you read that right) concerning a sync error within FH4. A few days later, the same issue happens again. I figured the ticket wasn’t properly submitted, or there was an error from the giving or receiving end, because I know 3 days is the running standard for typical game support response time. So I submitted a new ticket. They decided it was solved and closed it. So a week later I see the original ticket actually had recent activity! They assigned it to another support sector. Whoopy-doo. Today, treading upon three weeks, there is more activity! The ticket was assigned to the sector it started in.

Support, is this a joke? I understand you need time to get everyone’s ticket, but unless you have a playerbase the size of fortnite (and even they respond to support within HOURS. Nice coordination Epic Games), there should be no logical reason that it takes you 3 weeks to even READ a ticket. It seems you guys just glance at it and toss it over to another department, which subsequently throws it back. I’m spending money on your game, why are you playing games with me? This is just ridiculous and quite frankly unacceptable, especially as a company competing for market space.
