How long does it take to process a support ticket?
I opened a ticket 18 days ago with the number 3 # # #.
I have not received any answer yet, I also tried to get an answer via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram but I do not get an answer anywhere.
Apologise that you’ve had to wait so long, please could you give me the full ticket number? We had a larger influx of submitted tickets than expected so are slowly making our way through every one.
We are currently still transitioning both from the forums to the support website as this is quite a new aspect for the community.
I’m also still waiting on a reply from support. It’s a joke that people need to wait as long as they do. I get that it’s still transitioning from the forums to the support page and people submitting pointless tickets doesn’t help either, but when you pay £80 for a game that has as many issues as Horizon 4 it’s quite concerning.
I opened a ticket on October 16, and they just got back to me today. My ticket was for losing sync with the save, and starting over again.
They gifted me wheel spins and credits - I still have to open the game and 1.) See if the new patch broke it or not, and 2.) see if the gifts came through.
Regardless, it appears 8 days was the trick in this case. Sure as heck feels longer than that, as I’ve been playing all 8 days just to catch back up to where I was before hahah
15 days and waiting, i think they have 1 person doing tickets and that person works for 1 hour a day.
By far the worst support i have ever seen anywere!
guys… ive been banned for opening a support ticket… seriously can not play online or log into the support section… it says ive been suspended! i have opened a support ticket about my game progress being reset and its resulted in me being suspended. i have been treated unfairly by this developer. i paid £79 for a game cost me 27 hours of my life lost and the worst resolution process i have ever seen. i haven’t done anything wrong yet i suffer the consequences… this is a joke
The support time right now is approximately 6-7 days. This is posted in the initial email you receive for submitting a ticket. “We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests. One of our customer advocates will be with you in the order requests were received.” We appreciate your patience and we ARE answering every ticket that comes through (unless you are in violation of Terms of Service and/or Code of Conduct)
This is not accurate, you kept spamming the same issue and it was marked as spam.
If you need support then please create a ticket for us to look at. If you post issues on the forums, you are expecting peer to peer assistance. All official support will be conducted via our support site.
You banned my account for opening a second support ticket and I’ve never been able to play any forza games since and I am unable to open a support ticket
