How long does it take for the official support to respond?

I went to the official Support site and got a ticket number on the 6th will how long can I expect a response from them?

there should be an automated response shortly after.

One from a rep on an issue already listed as know, not sure if you get a response beyond the automated…

One from a rep on a new issue can be as little as couple hours to a week (depending on the info you provide -screen caps/error codes/ detailed description)

pretty sure it is only a handful of reps to respond so patience is needed (a trait I lack at times).

I see thanks for the info. I just hope I get my stuff back before the next event that brings in exclusive vehicles. but the thing is all the message said was "Thank you for contacting Forza Support.

That is now almost 3 weeks old and havent got answer yet so it’s safe bet you can wait long time before got answer.

Truth! I submitted a ticket NOVEMBER 8th. Its got deleted about 2 weeks ago and the new one I made is just sitting there like the last one.

Could you confirm your ticket number?

Actually i got answer in that day and after sending screenshot is again sitting there 6 days now. But still i have never see any game company support this slow.

Please could you still confirm the ticket number so I can take a look or refer it to the support team?

Just had a look into the ticket and noticed you last posted on Tuesday in response to a support team comment. You should hopefully get a response within the next few days.

3 weeks!! oh god

4 weeks take last time to get answer, and now when i submit that ticket few days before holidays i dont belive i get answer in 4 weeks. And first ticket that i ever submit just dissapear from support page after 6 weeks without any answer.

Funny, i got a message the other day

“Hey, we’re still waiting to hear back from you. Is this problem resolved? If so, ignore this message and this ticket will close in 24 hours. If not, please respond and let us know and we’ll gladly help you out.”

Like my 4 problems would magically solve itself over holidays.

Why is this game such a bugfest? I mean, come on. Its not a whole-new-different game. And also its a (cheap) console-port. Its out for 3 months now. And you have done some racing games before…
Why the car limit? Would it be so expensive to get some more “space”?

My game just crashed for the third time today - without any reason (well, if you dont consider super-wheelspinning and fast traveling a reason)
And i found out, that i have lost points of my rank from a game i afk’d (had to) - wich is fine, but also, i wont get the reward from League 12. It now says my highest rank was 13. Exactly how I feel. Also when I I just got the same thing today. I was rank same thing happened to me but it dropped me down to even more it took me to rank 5 I’ve just given up

It took 4 weeks to respond to my ticket, then got asked “Are you still having this problem?”
I said I was (team adventure rank stuck on 20) and 3 weeks later got a reply saying “20 is the max rank” and the ticket marked as “solved”. Useless.

It’s not really worth submitting tickets as nothing gets done; just hoping they sort out the multiplayer.

There has recently been a delay to respond due to the holiday period. As also mentioned above, anyone who submitted a ticket during this time would have gotten an automated response saying “Turn 10 Studios will be closed for the Holidays starting on December 22nd, 2018 through January 6th, 2019. We are aware that after the new support system going live, there was a delay on responses due to an increased influx of tickets which was unexpected. To improve this, there has now been an additional support member brought onto the team who is now helping deal with the tickets. Hopefully this should lessen the response time.

Don’t forget there are also articles on the support page which may answer your query and therefore save you time.

Taking a long time to respond to tickets is one thing (the game has a lot of problems, so there’s a lot of tickets) but responses like “Just checking to see if you’re still having this problem” are unacceptable. People have paid hard-earned money for your game, they wait for weeks and then for you to respond in that manner basically shows you’re not really interested or are incapable of coming up with a solution.

It would be better to say “we don’t know” or “we don’t care”, at least this would be honest and not waste everyone’s time.

If the support team are checking to whether you are still experiencing the same issue, this is most likely because we have released an update between the ticket being submitted and the response that could have fixed or changed your bug,

Overall, the team noticed the error of support tickets not being answered in a appropriate time frame and have therefore hired another member of the support team to hopefully improve and resolve this ‘delayed response’ problem.

I understand the holidays. I understand that there is a large amount of tickets being submitted. Just closing out or blowing off submitted tickets (are you still having this problem reply) is a horrible business practice.

The last couple of releases, FM7 and FH4 have been as if we had all been waiting for a thanksgiving feast, all the trimmings. Turkey, stuffing, gravy etc, and when the time comes to sit down to eat Turn 10 and Playground have handed us a TV dinner and are shocked that folks are disappointed

I’ve bought the last 2 games because of what past games were. Not expecting the standard, always been in the game features would be taken away for Fortnite dance moves and dress up clothes.
