I’ve had a ticket open for 25 days now, with no help from Forza Support. This is an absurd amount of time to wait for help with a video game. I’ve never experienced anything even remotely close to this from ANY other support service in my life. WHEN can I expect a response from the person overseeing my case? This is beyond absurd!

Does the support team have SLA’s to follow up on inquiries? I opened a ticket two weeks ago and never received a followup communication.
For me 53 days so far, sure it’s not big problem but in this point i am more frustrated just because it’s take forever, i have never seen this slow support.
It would be quicker to reprogram the game by yourself. This thread will probably be locked as we will be told they are working hard to reduce the waiting time and there’s nothing further to discuss.
