[ANSWERED] Whats with the support ticket response times?

I would’ve posted this in my original thread to avoid spamming the forum, but it was locked by a mod. I was told to post a support ticket. That was a week ago.

In essence, I bought the game the same day, and I’m unable to play it since (reasons explained in the ticket #29113 assigned to “Forza Enforcement & Feedback”). I would like to play this weekend, so what are my chances that I can get something done about my problem in the near future?

I tried to send a ticket 2 months ago but got a reply the e-mailservice was broken, i was then told here on the forum to send a message to someone called Nitro Glitter, send a message using this website
but heard nothing.
