Saved Data Lost (#19379)

Hello. I’m not quite sure if my last post successfully posted, but I submitted a “Saved Data Lost” ticket via Forza Support last week. I was just wondering about how long these matters take to investigate. It’s been open for 8 days now, and I’m just looking for an estimated timeframe so that I don’t have to keep checking my email throughout the day as I was advised to do by the Xbox Support team. My ticket number is #19379, thank you so much for your help!

i have exactly the same question, i submitted it 14 days ago and nothing. I hope they help us.

Still waiting. Contemplating on leaving a review for the Better Business Bureau at this point.

The support team are going through everyones tickets as quickly as they can and will respond to your ticket shortly. We are working on a way to reduce the response time between the players submitting a ticket and the reply.

23 Days later, still no response or any sign of being helped at all. Won’t be buying another Forza game, that’s for sure!

Usually take 2 weeks for an intial response, then about the same for each response after that. They have said they hired 1, yes One, person to help with the backlog of support tickets, but that appears to have not even made a dent. Think they need to hire more then one.

Day 24 still no response or acknowledgment from support team. You guys need to sort this out, never come across such an unprofessional & negligent system from any other company.
