Hello everyone!
Sadly, a few days ago, I found myself logging into FH4 only to find my save game had been erased. I have thus lost all my progress, achievements, credits and tons of cars ( many FE/Forzathons Cars/Wheel spin cars). I am pretty much lost and I don’t know what to do to fix this situation I am in. I’ve already posted my issue on the Forza Support page but no answer from them so far.
I’ve paid over 100$ for the game and I find the situation outrageous but I can understand things like this can happen. My question is, do you guys think I have any chance of getting my save game back or am I doomed to start all over? If I do have to start all over, does Forza at least offer some kind of compensation for the players who’ve suffered from these things?

I’m in the exact same boat, everything lost…its been a week and I’m still waiting for any type of action.

Entering week #2 on my end same exact issue. I made a thread to talk about how slow the support was and It was locked by the mod saying Ill be helped soon. That was 3 Days ago (Im on day 12 of no save and I refuse to play this game without my progress since I exclusively play it with my brother half way across the globe)
Ive also made threads trying to ask about the issue and no one responded other than telling me to make a ticket (Which I had already done , so they obviously didnt read my post)
2 weeks is extremely frustrating, at this point I think im going to have to request a refund. This game is almost perfect, but deciding to use Microsoft’s worthless cloud service is mind boggling.

It’s great to see how much Forzamotorsport cares about its customers… I’ve bought many of their games over the years, always paid 100$+ to get all the extras and that’s how they repay you…
