12 day old support ticket, no response. How long is this supposed to take?

If my issue personally inst fixed, I know I wont be giving them my money again. It just makes me sad to see such a fine product ruined by rushed release , dlc and lack of support. It was close.

Yeah it’s a shame. There’s this company in the UK called Zatchels that makes handmade bags etc. Nice products but they’re poorly organized and the customer support is awful. Now they don’t seem too bad all of a sudden.

Seems sometimes you have to shout to be heard around here sadly

Sorry you haven’t been helped, although I’m not surprised. The game is a buggy mess and I doubt it will improve. I don’t think the issues are even being addressed, the developers will be working on the DLC and next game, whatever makes them more cash.

The customer support is beyond a joke, just unbelievable and basically insulting to people who have paid good money for the game. Steer clear of this company.

Day 15 for me, I just want my cars back now

entering day 17 here, honestly this is not funny anymore. I dont even care about the cars so much as the time Ive invested in making progress in the game and the credits I had and the horizon cars and chicken suit.

Kinda tiring at this point.

I hate to say it, but I just don’t think they’ll do anything. They’re either not interested, overwhelmed by the ridiculous amount of problems, or are simply incapable of fixing a broken game. My issue has not been resolved after three months. I’ve given up and am playing other games.

Honestly, at this point, I’d rather they just gift me the stuff that I originally had. It sucks that I lost all my progress, but that’s what I play the game for and it honestly doesn’t mean anything except bragging rights. I’m mostly upset about the fact I don’t have all the rare and preorder cars I was able to snipe on auction (GTR PO, Merc PO, Ford PO, Porsche PO, Aston PO, Chevy PO, and Ford Capri), plus all the forzathon only cars that I got from doing the tasks. This is ridiculous that they can’t at least do that for me. I’m missing the properties I spent credits on…I’m wiped to the very beginning because some error on their part. I spent $100 and played legit and this is the appreciation I get…no response or even a bandaid to help alleviate this problem.

Honestly at this point Im hopping for hackers to find a way to exploit this game to cheat, because being honest doesnt seem to be working. Im really getting frustrated.

What sucks is I just bought the ultimate upgrade like two weeks before it happened and was really excited to play the expansions and mess around with all the new cars.
I really hope they fix it. But after entering week three. Im begging to lose hope and interest in forza in general.

I will however start cross posting this thread to reddit to see if any more attention can be brought to this issue since they dont seem to care.

No they don’t. All the problems wouldn’t be so bad if they actually seemed like they wanted to help. £80 isn’t exactly cheap either. Awful way to treat customers, really disappointing.
