Will they improve implementation of RT Performance setting on Series X?

Driver shadow hovering next to the car

This is the best way I can think of to describe the issue. Following the latest update, there’s some kind of shadow hovering next to the car. Appears to be the driver’s shadow or something. Also, why is there a pasted image of my driver on the side window? Occurs in gameplay and photo mode. Series X. Performance RT.
