What has Changed in the 6 months ive been away....Different game!

I pray this is not in my head and Im almost positive it isnt. I only had my Xbox for less than one month after FM6 came out. I bought the ultimate edition and only downloaded the first pack. Long story short put my Xbox in the trash(controller kept disconnecting in the middle of games) and I haven’t been back until last night. I enjoy MR cars and noticed the Ferrari 458 was garbage in the corners as was any other MR car. To much over steer no matter how I tuned them. Fast forward to this morning before I left to work. Forza was downloaded so I got on and took the 458 around the Ring for a lap. Its a completely different machine now. It seems to stick in the corners as a 458 should and I had a blast driving it. When I get home today I will most defiantly fine tune it!

I hope this is not pre mature but I am truly excited to get back into the game if the MR cars have been fixed. Can anyone confirm is this is the case? Thanks.

They did adjust car handling in one of the earlier patches. I believe in January

Pretty much for wheels and going sideways

Thats good to know!. Curious to see what has changed once I get home.

That disconnecting controller issue you have can be solved in two ways: 1) Make sure to update your controller Firmware. To do this plug a USB cable between console and controller and go to the system settings. There you can update the controller. 2) Make sure your WLAN router is at least four meters away from the console. It’s mostly WLAN interference that disconnects the controller. Of course if your neighbours router above or below is in the four meter radius around your console there’s not a lot you can do.

Use a wired connection. It improves gameplay too.

Yes, cars like the 458 are much more manageable now. I do believe there is a post floating around in the support section of the FM6 discussions forums that talks about patch notes.

I hated driving the 458 (one of my favorite cars) in FM6. Such a sloppy setup! I had to adjust settings just to get it stable.

Until I read about adjusting controller dead zones in your settings. It has transformed the game and I’ve actually began to play it again. I set gas, brake and steering all 0-100.

Try it out.
