I can not hear it had the same problem with the demo even the cinematic intro didn’t hear the girl.I hear the music turn down when the voice over try’s to talk but nothing anyone have or had this problem.And did they solve it

im having the same issue demo worked fine for me but the full game dont if you find a solution let me know and i will do the same if i find one

Same issue with the sound not working. I didn’t download the demo nust bought the full game on retail disc
yea mine was on disc also
Check your sound settings. Are you running through a TV or a surround system? You may have either your Xbox or the game set to run through hi-fi/cinema/surround, but if you’re only running through a stereo TV those sounds won’t be heard as they’re being routed to speakers you don’t have connected.
Easiest way to check is put both Xbox One and game settings to stereo, and see if that helps.

This is how I fixed the issue with the demo, hopefully this will work for you guys too.
Make sure your xbox one settings are not set to 7.1 if you find there are try setting them to stereo.

I use 7.1 fine Lol. Also it looks worse because a couple threads were merged.

Just started playing the game and i have no announcer the guy that talks telling you about new stuff. The little speaker pops up in the bottom left of my screen but I can not hear him talking im just stuck at a screen till the little speaker goes away in the corner. Volume is up went to the settings everything is turned on and up. Brand new game just bought it about 2 hours ago. Is this a known problem?
I saw a couple people had this issue with the demo and fixed it by going into the Xbox ones settings and changing the audio from 7.1 to stereo.

So what if your settings are already set to stereo and you’re having the issue? I have everything set to 5 and the voice over volume to 10 and still have a hard time hearing it over the game if my TV isn’t up super loud.
