So me and my bro share my Xbox but that cheeky B*stard installed it first on his account.
He is now VIP but only plays casually or not at all.
I am the one that plays the most AND with a lot friends…
But… I am not VIP… He is.
How do I resolve this matter?
Will there be codes or a single VIP pass to purchase seperatly?
Or am I stuck with buying the game again?
If its fixable and for instance I would buy the whole game again with my account - how would i know for me to be VIP as there are 2 copys of the game installed on 1 xbox?

I don’t think the VIP is available for separate purchase yet? If so your only options would be to buy the whole game again on your account or contact Xbox Live support and see if they can help.
I just spotted VIP membership for sale in GAME.co.uk at a price of £15.99. Delivery is a download code. I checked a few days ago and VIP was then only available as part of the digital bundle. Good news
I just checked on the Microsoft Store but the VIP add on is still only available there as part of the bundle.
I’d wait a little while longer before buying the Ultimate Edition for VIP again. The game officially launches tomorrow so you might see VIP go up for sale alone as well.

Savegame stays yours with all details unless you choose to delete the file. As previously mentioned, there is a separate part you can buy for just the VIP pass, as well as the car pass and the other tidbits that come with UE.
I am confused now as others said buying the VIP as a loose piece wouldn’t work for me…
I do hope the VIP pass will be separately sold on xbox store today or tomorrow but I haven’t heard anything about it yet.
Somebody also said buying the VIP pass on one of the website links wouldn’t work either.

If you buy the vip pass and it is already installed on another profile your console won’t let you use the code because it thinks it’s already installed - because it is. The vip pass will work for you but you have to redeem it online at Xbox.com.

So… I just delete the VIP pass I have now (the install file)
Then I buy a VIP pass (New from a specific website)
And then USE IT as a REDEEM CODE on Xbox.Com.
Is that correct?

Assuming you haven’t already, highlight F6 from your dashboard, press the view button (select) and it should take you to the manage screen. Make sure there’s nothing there ready to install before you go and spend money on something. Most likely VIP is tagged per account not per console but it doesn’t hurt to check. Anything I buy I usually put the codes in on xbox.com anymore and not from the console. Easier to copy and paste codes than type em out of make em into a qr code. I also usually just buy currency and then buy what I want from xbox.com. Two reasons, build up my Xbox rewards and it tells you if you already own something. Instead of buying a specific code for the VIP just buy 20$ (convert to local currency obviously) and buy the VIP from xbox.com. that way it’s linked specifically to your account.

True but I still think since everybody else is having the same trouble - it’s just that vip pass looks like it only works on 1 account name instead of an xbox with multiple family member accounts on it.
