I just bought Forza 6 ultimate edition with VIP member on xbox live.
I purchased it with my purchasing account, as usual.
I use another account for gaming and it seems i’m not a VIP member in the game.
How can i fix it to enjoy the VIP Member in my gaming account?

You would have to speak to Microsoft about the purchase and transfer if that’s at all possible.
DLC is connected to the purchasing account. On a console with shared Gold, other accounts will be able to access the VIP cars without purchasing the DLC, but the VIP benefits (icon, bonuses) are only available to the account that purchased it.
Alternately you could try logging in at Xbox.com with the other account and purchase VIP for it.
thank you however you should add a note about it on the store, i didnt know it wouldnt be shared thru my accounts on my gold membership

If the other accounts wish to purchase VIP for themselves they may see “Installed” in the dashboard Store with no way to purchase it there; instead log in to Xbox.com and purchase it that way.
not sure why you would have 1 account for purchasing and another for playing…seems a bit odd (dodgy)…wouldnt happen to be game sharing with someone else ( it’s ok to do but in this instance it doesn’t work)
you will also find that you won’t get the DLC cars associated with the ultimate edition for free in game also with that “gaming” account as it only applies to the purchasing account too
