I’m satisfied. Knowing that we wouldn’t have any new tracks, the improvements to the sound of the cars seem well done and the cars added are a good mix of road and racing supercars, old and new. I would like it to be like this from now on…
My Moza R9 got totaly reseted. Anyone else got their wheel settings resetted?

So is Turn 10 ever ganna add Freeplay content?
I really appreciate that they’re adding alot of cars these past updates.
But im starting to get burned out on just tunning cars.
Career is still a grind, and I have zero interest in going back to multiplayer.
Letting us race against our own cars would make my time playing FM worth it.
It’s getting to the point that I’m eyeing another console.
Done got to that point. Just waiting for the dollars to add up.
Update 18… To be honest, i’m somewhat mixed on this but not for the reasons you might be thinking of so please bear with me!
First of all, the cars. Absolutle smashing job, especially getting another one of the current crop of GTP/Hypercar class racecars wich i’m sure everyone will appreciate! The Revuelto as well is fantastic next to the 992 911 GT3 RS wich i’m sure could make for a fun featured spec series in multiplayer!
Also great to have a special series dedicated to Sebring this weekend!
Now, here’s where i’m conflicted of. In once case even angry for the first time…
•The race length really shouldn’t have been adjusted again. We keep moving this to the point it statisfies nobody. I’m expecting the tire compound clash in open series to be the same as it was when the races were just 5-6min long at 6x wear, wich is fine… But as i said, we’re not really getting anywhere with this.
•The big elephant in the room for me is the Oreca 07. While it’s great everyone now gets one for essentially free, the one in the car pass is now (in my opinion) pointless unless you’re a JOTA Sport fan or are a collector. Next, and this one genuinly makes me angry, the exhaust is still not the right one (pictures provided to give an example).
Engine sounds i can happily compromise on as these are a nightmare to do. However, for this inaccuracy that now has been ignored twice, for the first time i’m angry. For me, this is unacceptable and i seriously hope it at some point gets corrected. A topic was made a long time ago by someone but doesn’t seem to be acknowledged.
Here’s hoping the Porsche update gives us another juicy bunch of cars as the potential pool for new cars is pretty huge!

• Fixed an issue where certain cars experienced a delay when shifting from first to second gear during a standing start. [1621855]
• Enabled the Lap counter in the HUD during Timed Races, which includes Practice as well as Multi-Class Races for easier lap tracking. [1944855]
• Enabled the Last Lap and Best Lap element in the HUD during Timed and Multi-Class Races. [1944852]
I didn’t feel anything different from my driving tonight so I’m guessing my settings are as I set them before.

So I just got back into the game after a short break and it began with an update. Saw the release notes and it mentioned a couple of car sound updates.
- Are you guys happy with the Supra RZ sound? I thought it sounded perfect before, particularly with max upgrades applied, it sounded pitch perfect to me and had the right tone, character, dynamic range at just the right rev ranges. It feels really generic and wrong now, it reminds me of the inaccurate sound they had for this car in Horizon 3. I wish they would revert it to the previous sample.
- There was talk of making all the previous FOMO cars available somehow. Hasn’t there been any developments regarding that? I’ve missed out on dozens and dozens of cars due to my work and family schedule, and feel kind of left out or “cheated” as I own the day one edition and should have access to those cars one way or another. I hotlap mostly and do single player races in Free Play, I really don’t have time to sit down and grind in career.
- Are they going to address the rest of the sounds in the game? The modern Skylines, the Porsche 911s and 918 especially, the modern McLarens, the V8 and remaining V12 Ferraris, etc?
I think I would have preferred more Ferraris and less Volkswagens, but I’ll take a loose Lotus
A theme of high power modern supercars and such?
Not my cup of tea. I would’ve liked of some older cars that were very fast and innovative at their time were mixed in.
The thing that makes these modern supercars stand out is all of the complex computer systems that aid the driving. Controlling the dampers, torque distribution and so on. But non of these systems are part of the game, so you just end up with an overweight and overpowered vehicle that doesn’t handle the weight and power like it would in real life.
That’s where the PI system should step in and balance the car accordingly.
But the Revuelto is completely out of place in R and detuned to S not any different than the other AWD Lambos.
Meaning absolutely useless online.
Forza-typical the Forsberg 280Z with old tech and a light chassis is a strong competitor in A.
It’s so predictable that it’s boring.
10min short races with X4 wear… Did anyone test it?
It would make meta cars more meta, and non meta cars worse cuz bad tyre wear

Tho if they disable soft compound form use in short races, everything would be ok…
Or at least set tyre wear for SHORT races to X1, so that u can run softs on any car…
This was the practically the same sound they had to the game’s fully upgraded Supra RZ which is absolutely ruined now.
Why T10? WHY did you change the sound on the '98 Supra RZ??!
Exhaust:
The previous Supra RZ sound was a lot closer to the FM5 and 6 sound - all are great samples. Now we have this completely fake sound. I don’t get it. I just don’t get it. Driving your own game into the ground.
Why did you choose videos of 1000+HP Supras?
Here’s a video of a stock one from the same channel and it’s kinda close to what is in the game now. I’m not saying that I like it. We just have to be fair - the complain should be about sound not changing as the car gets upgraded
If update 19 is Porsche month it would be a great opportunity to rebalance/fix the P550 and remove the LB laps set with it.
They would need also to fix lap glitch on rivals (more laps = better lap time)
The difference is small like 0.1 -0.3s per 50 laps but if u leave makro for night to spam skip lap… U can reduce lap time quite a bit.
