Will this include actual bug fixes or the half-baked bug fixes as shown in the last two updates?

Chris is still too busy doing press to focus on bug fixing.

I don’t know…but at this point I can’t help but think of what new bugs we gonna have, the more you guys fix the more you damage somehow. Oh and the car sounds…knowing how you guys kept messing up the sound of V12s what reason do I have to be excited that we’ll have the Huayra R?

200 more fixes?

I’d forgive so much if they’d just get the sounds right. They can’t even do that right. It breaks my heart that they have so many IRL good sounding cars in the game and the only ones they got close to being right are the 917, and AMG One. I might as well pick up asphalt legends if I just want a droney sound in the background while I’m driving a fast car.

Looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Will be interesting to see what track will be added. Keep up the good work.

So I guess no new functionality (like virtual mirror in cockpitview) and no changes to existing systems (like car leveling) at all…
otherwise I guess you had mention it

this game needs way more than “new track, cars, bug fixes and events”

Yes, but they cant fix the community.

Did previous titles have virtual mirror option in cockpit view? I’ll have to go back and look. I recollect that whenever you switch to cockpit view you only got whatever mirrors you could put your eyes on. In some cars that’s fine as you can see the actual rearview mirror pretty well. But in some it’s cut off or completely missing. And I’m playing on a super mega stupid ultra wide monitor and still can’t see the mirrors all the time.

ya you can’t even change the seatposition
the lack of functionality in this game is overwhelming

Since I haven’t driven all 500 of these cars, only a handful of them (McLaren 12C, Ferrari 458, Lamborghini huracan), I can’t really comment on exhaust note accuracy. But it would be acceptable if they just sounded good.

Some of them sound like somebody started a blender, threw in some dog food, put it in the garage, set the garage on fire, and then used a cell phone outside the garage to pick up the audio.

What they should do is what need for speed did in heat and let you tune the exhaust notes. I mean with all the upgrades these cars have if we were doing this in real life we would pick and choose our exhaust system to get the sound we wanted, like people do on real sports cars.

Once they developed this exhaust tuner they could basically reuse it with some tweaks indefinitely. Instead of having to rebuild " from the ground up" audio sounds and generally make them worse with each iteration.

Cool, hopefully they add a little content in this game. Especially another open class hopper or two to the rotation

Funny because after the Need For Speed that came out before FH5, they introduced the sound differing upgrade system.

I think Forza’s “CarPG” could take a page from NFS in regards to grinding for locked upgrades.

They could definitely start looking around to what other companies are doing in the sound department.

As long as it’s not like Payback and the “card” system…

If that’s the only criteria you use for exhaust, you’re leaving HP on the table and possibly not getting the most out of your exhaust.

I was thinking the recent 2 NFS’s after. I haven’t played NFS since the Hot Pursuit Reboot . I’d say payback was my least favorite to watch with this new handling model.

IMO, MW 2005 is the sweet spot for car progression as far as CarPG’s go, but that’s wishful thinking thinking T10 would do something like that.

Okay, this is first announcement not containing obvious lie and false promise… +0.01 Honesty

Aside from tweaking (removing would be ideal) the CarXP grind mechanic, I really hope this update makes my decals load in the same order every time I pull them up.
