Seems i remember reading about a way that you can set up the tx wheel to autoclutch for you when using the paddle shifters?
Reason i ask is because i rather enjoy using the clutch pedal but when i’m trying to get up the leaderboard and want to set a time under the hardcore section if the car has paddle shifters, then i like to use these. Ex. Under rivals there was a Lamborghini Huracan at Laguna SECA and it won’t let me do manual w/o clutch and qualify for hardcore when using the paddle shifters. If i used manual w/clutch then I’d have to clutch it before i pulled the paddles to shift everytime or else my transmission would be damaged 4% everytime i shift. . The real Lamborghini Huracan does.not require you to clutch everytime you shift gears, you just pull the paddles. So why does it do it this way in the game?
And is there a way to race hardcore using paddle shifters without clutching? Or does the tx wheel have a autoclutch function so you can set the assist to manual with clutch?
One more question sorry but what is the Satellite button do on the tx wheel? (It’s the yellow button to the left of the xbox button).
I use auto clutch on all cars but I have all assist turned off. I have tire wear on cosmetic and steering you can choose sim or normal it does not matter you should be able to get hardcore leaderboard qualification. To activate autoshift function - Hold the mode button and the A button for 2 seconds. Once that is done you should see a red light blink for the rest if your game play. Only problem is you cannot use right paddle shufter to scroll to right on the menu screens. Example-- in tune menu you will have to use your controller. Not sure what yellow button is for either

one of the wheel stickies here i think it was, i seen that holding “MODE + A” turned the wheel to auto clutch.
First and last time i tried it, it didn’t work.
It has always worked for me as long as I have forza 6 launched. I sometimes activate it at the main menu or right before a race. I hold it for about two seconds. Im not sure if you have to have manual/clutch option activated in the controller menu screen.
Hi. I have a problem with auto clutch. When I spin and stop and then go to first gear car do not want to drive take a while to get some speed and revs. All the assist are off. Any suggestions?
Oh you will have to hold down the A Button to increase RPM. Engine is pretty much at idle mode after a spinout and holding the A button manually is like stepping on the clutch.
