Hi, I am having the problem where the 1000 tokens purchased are not showing up, seems all other scores are updating correctly.
Also having an issue with the Fast and Furious … gamerscore is stuck, have 100% on both XB1 and 360 but only 194/200 no way to get that last Achievement to pop … game was completed on launch day so over a year and no update…
If anyone could fix that would be great.
Any update on this? I was going to buy the 1000 tokens for the Rewards but not going to if it doesn’t recognize the purchase

I even tweeted at them to see if they still check the forums and again … no reply
I think there must be a major problem with their servers as i have been going through the old games and now the driver level for Forza 4 has stuck at 30 and i’m almost 50 but the Achievements are updating … oh well.
Having a look at THIS thread will help you see that the Rewards program is constantly having issues and T10 don’t seem interested in actually getting it work properly and for anything more than a few days when it suits them.
well if It doesn;t get fixed i want my money back i paid for tokens as didn;t need them just wanted the points on forza hub.
I have the exact same problem. I bought tokens on the 7th of August solely to get the 350 points to contribute to levelling up my rewards tier before Horizon 3 being released.
Still no sign of the points. I now only need 311 too. I know it’s a free system and all that, but as I actually spent real money, they should actually let you know if they’ve disabled it.
All my other points are accumulating as expected. Well apart from 3 missing smashed boards on F&F Horizon 2 never registering in rewards even though I’ve 100%'d the game.
At least I’m not the only one

I started up F&F after posting my previous comment drove for 1 minute and double checked all my stats in the menu system. Then I quit the game.
When I loaded up Forza hub on the xbox about 10 hours later I had a new reward. The free Toyota Supra-RZ Sparrow (free for Horizon 2 I think for completing F&F I think).
I checked my rewards and my missing 3 boards had registered too.
Still no sign of my missing FM5 tokens reward points though.
Just thought I’d mention it.
mine haven’t updated either. It just sits while everything else gets updated. It wouldn’t bother me so much if that wasn’t keeping me from going up a level.
I’m having a similar issue. I bought all the DLC for FM5 and FH2 exclusively for the Hub points and I feel bitterly ripped off. I want either the points I paid for (preferably) or a refund. I didn’t need the stupid 1000 tokens. I have millions of credits. I just want want I paid for or I want my money back. Given the disheartening sense I’m getting from other posters here, I truly feel stolen from.

I paid for tokens just over a week ago,for the tier rewards still not up.
Same problem here. I foolishly bought some tokens for the whole Forza Hub thing a few days ago (what wonderful marketing), and they havent shown up. Im on a chat with MS support about the issue now

I just decided to get a refund, which they happily did.
I ready to bring old Stone Cold to Stone Cold stunner on each of them.
Same for me as well, I bought them well over a month ago. It’s ridiculous actually. Doesn’t look like FM2 updates either. If the $%^# doesn’t work, take it the #$*() off of the rewards page and hub… Don’t get me started on the abysmal frame rate on the backwards compatible FH1… Was it even QA’d… AT ALL?

I’m having the exact same problem, and there is no clarity on if the issue will be resolved.
Recently I have purchased DLC packs for both Forza Horizon 2 and tokens for Forza Motorsport 5 to increase my tier.
But these purchases are not showing up in my rewards. It’s been Over a month for the Horizon 2 purchases and a couple of days for the Forza 5 token purchases.
It time to get our pitch forks and torches!
I love forza and my Tier in rewards, so it is all the more annoying that you buy on these points and tokens not they appear in the rewards . Especially with such problems should Turn10 but do something for his community. I had 1000 tokens purchased and there is really only one displayed in a token rewards …
Same here. Never needed the tokens as I have 50+ mill and all the cars, but I bought the tokens for a quick 350 pts towards next tier (only pts missing for FM5). And still no update on the rewards page. And still no response from T10. Guys, my only solution is to spam the high profiled T10s on social media (like John, Mechberg and Greenawalt) until someone takes notice.
My gamerscores have me 2 tiers behind!
