Same here bought them a month or so ago and its still not updated, really frutrating to be forced to buy something for reward and not receiving the said reward…

I’m glad i’m not the only one having issues with the tokens being updated but surprised it is still an ongoing issue from a couple of months ago.
I’m having the same issue… Bought 1000 tokens, but i don’t receive the 350 points in Forza Hub for Forza Motorsport 5.

I bought 1250 Tokens in FM5 to get my 350 Forza Points with the intention of leveling up in Forza Rewards. So far that token purchase is not reflected in my Forza Rewards score. Turn 10, will you fix this?

I have had updates but not the tokens purchased? I would think that since this is real money paid in order to get the points that this would take priority over Perfect Passes. I try not criticize Turn 10 because I like them and the games they’ve made, but this is a little ridiculous. The updating is very important to the success of the game when wanting all the benefits and to have such slow times for updating is really a disservice and should be fixed immediately. I pre ordered Forza Horizon 3 and could of played early but I’m waiting for the update to get to level 9 to get the max awards! I appreciate the content that Turn 10 gives but help us out and fix this as soon as possible, Thanks.
Oh my… some posts here are older than a month. Hope was up when last Tuesday the reward counter finally seemed to work again, but now hope’s fading again. As most here I bought the bloody tokens to boost my Tier-Level (as I bought FM5 last month with the very same goal). I even used em this weekend on a McLaren P1 in hope that it would do the trick which it didn’t, of course…
Odd enough, the five free FM5-DLCs I downloaded the same day of the token-purchase have been counted at patch-day.
Isn’t there a support team you could address to to fix this mess manually?
