As advertised, I was given all the points for tokens I had previously been missing to get me up to Tier 11
However, when I redeemed rewards I only got Tier 9 credits, 350,000, and it shows me what I need to do to get to the next tier and how many credits I will get when I get there
It seems like everything didn’t sync up when the points were given for tokens I hadn’t previously gained. Fix, please. Would like to be getting all my credits.
I noticed that my game accounts were a little shy this last time as well. I didn’t catch Forza Horizon but, Forza 2 and 5 I usually receive 225,000 gifted credits each week for each game. This last week I received only 22,500 for each game. Forza 3 gifted credits were correct at 225,000. Was there a change in the credit allowances or is there a problem elsewhere?
On a side note - is there a fee charged when I auction off a car? I noticed that I don’t receive the full amount of credits that the car actually sold for?

Yes the auction house does take about 14-15% as a fee on sales
also there was an error with the credits sent to fh2 and fm5 which they fixed but you would have needed to go back and claim them from the forza app

Me neither. I wasn’t sure what that was in rewards or why it wouldn’t let me redeem the extra credits.
I am having the issue where I am Tier 7 and did not receive FH1 or FM4 Driver Gear. I did get Driver gear from FH2, FH3, FM7, FM6, & FM5. Please fix Rewards. Thanks
Please disregard ^^ I just checked in what order the rewarded Driver Gear is given. I am missing FH1 suit, but I rather have the FM1-4 suits instead. Thanks.
On a side note I am missing my E3 Driver Suit, I am not sure if I have it, and if so what does it look like? Thanks again.
350k is what tier 10 gets since they updated it 2 weeks ago
tier 9 only gets 275k now
tier 11 gets 425 now while tier 12 gets the 500k that tier 11 used to get
Well, tier 12 would get 500k if tier 12 worked :-(. It says I’m at tier 12 yet the rewards are still for tier 11 and then there’s “Next tier rewards… 0 pts to next tier”. It’s been like that for a few days, was hoping the weekly rollover would fix it.
Missing my Forza Faithful and Rewards Tier 1 badges in game too, was hoping they’d catch up when Tier 12 unlocked too.
No joy on either so far

Does seem to be taking longer for peoples tiers to update to the next one
Must be the amount of people playing slowing it down
Maybe next week..but if it updates mid week you can go and claim the extra credits in the hub too…maybe keep checking

There definitely seems to be a delay to the rewards system
I know gamerscore is at least 2 days behind

Ok, if tier 11 only gets 425k and not 500k I’m still being shorted 75k since it only gave me 350k the last two weeks. It still needs fixed
