When on a corner, I feel like there’s an unnatural amount of understeer and cars not want to turn in. It is like there is a hidden driving aid that sets a limit of steering angle on a controller. This is a issue that other players have noticed and have gone into more detail. This needs to be changed with a slider to change the maximum amount of steering angle that can be applied through a corner or to allow us to remove the maximum angle completely.
Have you tried simulation steering? If I understand your post correctly, this may get you what you want, but …be careful what you wish for!
On simulation steering it feels the same.
