Turn 10 do a really good Job with Forza 6. I love play it…and anybody over my post say “it have no changes only night and rain”…so please what? Did you mean that really? I can only say to you, take a Look on the graphic and drive a car on the track and feel the Physic!!!
VERY NICE WORK TURN 10 AND MUCH THANK’S FOR THIS GOOD GAME!
Its been like that since fm1, trees with lights that dont work etc… I myself since fm1 have been waiting for an actual drag mode. But tbh, most people dont even use the drag tracks. However that could be fixed with a simple free roam mode on the drag tracks and have the trees turn on with a countdown timer starting once 1 player is line up properly. Or an option for the tree to start once both players are lined up, and allow players to just join in if there is room in the game instead of waiting in lobby. Kinda like battlefield you just join in the game. I dont have an xbox one but i already knew fm5,6 would not have anything like i described above. So you should of known better. Like life expect nothing and youll be surprised everytime.
OP, everyone here would take you more seriously if you were upset about more than drag racing features being nonexistent. Everyone knows drag racing isn’t a primary feature of the game, we knew it wasn’t a top priority when T10 threw us a bone, that bone being drag slicks in FM4. Since then, nothing drag racing related has been mentioned or announced, so your surprise to a lack of a real tree and burnout box (just examples) are dumb at best.
However, you do have an argument when you realize that aside from newer cars and a few tracks and weather, FM6 has less features than FM5 had. And FM5 was already a stripped down FM4. Some of those things being public user created lobbies, which was an argument I remember hearing when FM2 or FM3 came out, when custom lobbies disappeared the first time. They were then brought back in FM4 only to be removed again. Gifting cars to friends and the auction house was another cool feature that was stripped away, I think because everyone exploited it. But how? You put a car up for sale, and someone buys it. Or you put a mid B class CRX up for $1,500,000 and nobody buys it. That how an economy works. It was also a good way to give money to friends or give payouts to winners in racing series’. Another thing missing is any way to set up a proper custom race. Apparently you can’t even select the AI cars you want to race against, not in freeplay or a private multiplayer lobby. I say apparently because I haven’t yet bought the game, still on the fence about all the things missing, like any information on the cars themselves. Displacement is totally unknown to the user, but the game knows the exact displacement in the background and just won’t tell us. I’m betting it’s the same scenario with every sorting option you can find in FM4; you could not only find out and sort by the car’s displacement or number of cylinders, but also the car’s redline, the country it comes from, front or rear tire width, whether or not it had forced induction and specifically what kind it had, you could even sort your entire garage by the RPM at which the engine makes its peak torque. It was all these things combined that made it a great game. Add in a few other things missing in today’s Forza, from minuscule things like the lack of a symbol to tell you your current lap is “dirty” to obvious, gameplay changing things like tag on actual racetracks and the entire game mode cat and mouse (RIP) and you had a fun game that didn’t cater to non-car-people who didn’t know about cars, but those same non-car-people still had a blast playing it. You didn’t NEED the nerdy bits to play it, so T10 removed them, resulting in a poorer racing experience for us all.
I find the $100 upgrade from forza 5 to 6 a much better value than the $600 upgrade from forza 4 to 5. I think forza 6 definitely feels like forza 5 but more polished and surprisingly fresh. I also think the past week that some others had the game and now the next 5 days to be the forza 6 beta so turn 10 can iron out some issues that may arise before the full launch. The multiplayer hoppers are bare bones and I would expect more to be available on tuesday, but I’m just assuming that who knows what’s going to happen. I really want a cycled production hopper, but it’s not there, I certainly hope it doesn’t take a year and a half to implement like it did in forza 5.
No way. I did not like FM5 but I love this game. It has a much better feel to the driving. It’s just a game, but it’s probably the best game in the world.
Well, most tracks were included in older Forza games, allready. At the same time, the game is missing some favorites like Tsukuba and Fujimi Kaido. We had night racing in Forza Motorsport 1 and I can’t find any improved features.
Same Tuning and upgrades since 10 years, in fact, they cut some upgrade parts (head lights, tail lights). No fender flares, no wide bodykits, no wheel offset, no mufflers. No season mode, no race weekends, no race and pit strategy and the career is boring as allways. Nothing new in the painting department either…
Forza 6 is a decent game as a package, but there are racing games with better physics, better tracks and better better tuning and upgrades. I will stick to Project Cars for racing and purchase the new NFS for building some really cool cars. If you compare a Nissan 2000GTR (KPGC10) in NFS 2015 to the same car in Forza 6, the Forza 6 Version looks like a joke… The physics in PC are so much better and racing is so much more fun, challenging and rewarding.
The Forza series stoped evolving 10 years ago and yes, I think Forza 6 is big DLC . I will definitely not purchase Forza Motorsport7, if Turn10 tries to milk his loyal customers with the same game every two years…
Wait, so ultimately your whole post boils down to this: there’s no drag racing.
Kid, get over yourself, if they have the tracks, they will implement drag racing, besides, it’s drag racing… F*****g pointless and about as far from a priority feature as you can get.
Grow up.
