PROFILE INVALID!!!

I believe my post was #10, still not fixed. i had to start forza horizon 2 over, and for forza 5, im not going restart that one.

Yeah I wish there was a fix for this. I really don’t want to start FH2 over again.

I would just like a public announcement from Turn10 acknowledging this issue. Unless I haven’t seen it yet, which is 100% possible, it really makes me feel like they just don’t care.

Just a bump for this post as there still has been no resolution…completely disappointed.

Yup its going on 2 months for me. I have contacted Xbox Live online twice now. They swear that my saves on the cloud are all good and tell me not to save anything over them. If I do I will definitely loose my stuff. So effectively I can’t play the game. They also said they elevated the issue to Turn 10 directly but no reply. Now all my friends have gotten Xbox One’s and are online with FH2 and I can’t race with them. I’m very disappointed. I don’t plan on buying any Xbox games or downloads till this is resolved. I do have a PS4 so I will just play Skylanders and Disney Infinity 2 with my kids on that. I may even transfer my Netflix over as well. I have an Xbox because of the superior online component (my opinion). However, if this is how they respond to corrupted profiles why should I invest anymore time with any game. What if they lost my Destiny profile, or one of the other games where the development of your character is save dependent.

Unfortunately we don’t have the ability to restore corrupted/lost save games, but I’d be more than happy to reimburse you for credits lost so you can rebuild your garage if you restart your save game. Please send me a Private Message if you’d like me to do this.

What is the exact scenario that this thread is about?

Is it that if you try to get into FH2 you get a message on the screen saying invalid profile?

It is good to have an exact description of the problem.

Right, it’s truly unfortunate that this happens to a lot of racers. Well, there is one sure way to fix it! Create a new profile as an adult family member and get back to racing. You will need to re-establish your friendships and race to get points back. It beats watching your friends race while you sit on the sidelines wishing and wanting until the developer t Turn 10 can fix the game. Remember, it’s just a game. :checkered_flag::nut_and_bolt::oncoming_automobile:

OK folks, here is the final resolution. I could not get my original profile back. So I started another game offline and completed the first road trip. I then went back online and when sync’ing it asked if I wanted the old cloud file or the new Xbox file, I chose the new Xbox file. I did make sure all updates and expansion were loaded before starting the game. I deleted my Xbox saves before starting the new game as well. I have played about 16 hours and have made my way back to lvl30. I was lvl 173! HeliosT10 did hook me up with some extra down loads. So I guess I can say that I’m happy that T10 is paying attention. I still love the game and look forward to Forza 6. One request, Please for the love of all racing games get us a good feedback wheel that isn’t 400 F’ING dollars!!! The Logitec G27 is one of the best and its 250. Can’t we get a driver for the Xbox One to run USB computer wheels???

So i just recently got this problem i don’t know why i was playing earlier that day and i went to turn it back on and it just was gone, after being rank 117 and have a garage value of over 40 million i am very sad to see all my cars go and to find out there is no fix for this but to suck it up and make everything all over again, i am quite saddened that no fix can be found

my game crashed on FH2 just now and when i reset the game it says my profile is no longer available delete it and make a new one. i checked motorsport 5 aswell and same issue. ive worked and put so put time and effort in these games and now i hav to restart. i put also a CRAP ton of money in this game and first yr playing forza, so being a new costomer this left a bad taste in my mouth. if theres been a fix PLZ write back to me

I have the same problem. Xbox live support isn’t helping.

What worked for me was deleting my account on my Xbox and it will say sycing data when you put your account back

look turn 10 i have this problem as well and i have spent over 80$ on car packs this is not good enough now i have to start again is that what you are suggesting
