Hello, today i started my game (Forza Horizon 2) and when is signed in, I got this message “The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. please delete from the Xbox dashboard and create a new one” I tried a hard reset, along with signing in to a different account to see if it worked, and it did. So my account is the only one with this problem. Has any ever experienced this? If you have additional information on how to solve this, please let me know. Thank you very much
Is this the same issue as a game save being corrupted?

Actually, Is syncing the game save files when the grey long rectangular box comes up, and says, “syncing data for forza horizon 2”? I have done that
Since it is telling you the profile is invalid, I would contact Xbox Support as indicated here: Xbox Support
Let the techs guide you through getting the profile lined up properly again.

its been syncing data for a good hour now, and from previous threads, i am assuming not to disrupt the sync even though its stuck at 100 percent?
CORRECT. Do not pause or otherwise stop it. I would do nothing else on the console while it syncs up.
It finished syncing data, but I am still getting the same error. Are there any mods on this forum? Why is no one from turn 10 helping with this issue?

yes i did, they said to get in touch with them again once it finishes syncing, it is sycning again now
And you are now signed in on the profile (gamertag) which Xbox was telling you was telling you was corrupt? If so, that’s progress. Let it fully complete.
snowowl, I followed through with your suggestion, and xbox support has determined this has nothing to do on their end. We both tried to find a support hone number for Playground games, or even turn 10. But i am quite unimpressed they have no phone number on this site, or anywhere to be found on the web. If anyone does have there phone number and can prove m wrong, please do, it would be very helpful. They said the only way to resolve the issue is to contact the game developers, so as this seems to be the only way, Do any developers work here?

Having the same issue, went through the steps with microsoft support and still no luck. Turn 10 is a direct subsidiary of Microsoft, why can’t they figure this out
Turn 10 is a wholly owned developer by Microsoft Game Studios, which is owned by Microsoft.
Why can’t they figure it out? Because each instance is different. It could the server error. It could be game error. It could be an Xbox One error.
And, it can be something the player is doing.
