PC: HDR not working latest Nvidia / GTX 1080

Running latest Nvidia 4xx series drivers with Nvidia 1080
Windows 10 1803 build
SONY Z9D
Hdr enabled control panel
422 10bit or 8bit
Forza 4 demo was fantastic at 4k or 1080p 120hz with HDR

Playing at 4k 60hz or 1080p the game does not detect hdr (yes hdr enabled in windows )

Halo wars 2 and other games fine

What happened between demo and now?

Go to Nvidia control panel and Create custom resolution 3840x2158. You get full crisp and HDR
