My forza 6 will not work

Everytime I get on forza Motorsport 6 it loads almost all the way in then says “an unknown error has occurred” it has been doing this for months. I have tried deleting the game and reinstalling it but nothing will work. If anyone can help, thanks in advance.

Try turning your Xbox off at the wall for 5 mins I do it once a week or stuff exactly like this happens to me all the time it won’t even connect to wifi sometimes

If a hard reset doesn’t work, you could try deleting your save and resyncing with the cloud.

I had exactly the same problem a while ago but found that after doing a complete factory reset (to remove XBox preview) and downloading it again, it’s worked fine ever since.
I’m not saying it’s a guaranteed fix but sometimes a fresh start (much like a PC reformat) isn’t such a bad idea because that hard drive must get horribly fragmented with all the adding and removing of software.

I had this about a year ago. I tried resetting my Xbox to factory but that didn’t work, as it was the cloud save data that was corrupted. The only thing that worked was deleting my cloud save, but the side-effect was losing all of my progress in the game.

3 days ago is exactly when mine started doing this too… It’s happened to a friend of mine 3 times and he’s lost all his data every time… I’ve already uninstalled the game and reinstalled, deleted save data from the console, and re synced it, apparently nothing works from what I’ve read, and turn 10 doesn’t reply to their emails, has no phone number, basically there’s no way to resolve the issue… I’ve got countless hours in this game, driver level 810, several times in the double digits in the world, countless unshared tune and liveries, it’s all gone… because of Turn10’s complete lack of customer support I’m never playing this game again… I’ve invested allot of time and money into Forza 6 and Turn10 shows absolutely no customer appreciation…
