I have been playing fm6 for 12 months I switched the game on yesterday and it gave me this message. I have reset Xbox and router as well as reinstalling game still no joy. Game works fine on other accounts and other games work fine I have emailed turn 10 not even an acknowledgement can anyone help as I do not want to lose all my cars credits and tuned
This happened to me yesterday I’ve emailed forza no response,its the cloud server they use won’t sync data. The only way is to delete the game and start from the beginning.
Going through the same issue. Played yesterday morning, went to load up an online match that evening and was kicked off. A loud buzz and it reset. When I went to load the game, I got the same “load failed an unknown error occurred. please try again later.” This game is the reason I purchased an XboxOne, and one of the few games I play. Tried reloading the game, it gets to 99% and fails. What ever the issue, its on the server side and needs to be fixed. As was stated by others, I loaded another gamertag and everything loads up without issue.
same problem … no answer from FM6 support … very disappointed … I think this is my last ForzaMotorsport racing car game
This happen to me August 2016. Still waiting for a response from Turn10. Xbox support could not help me due to being a game issue.
