Hi I’ve got a digital copy of Motorsport 6 on the XBOX ONE.
For about a month now I get a message saying.
LOAD FAILED
An unknown error occurred. Please try again later.
So far I’ve tried:
A factory reset.
Uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
Cleared the local saved data.
Done a hard rest.
Contacted XBOX to explain and they said I’ve already done everything they would try and to post the details on here to see if anyone else has had and resolved this issue.
Please can anyone help me out.
Probably a corrupted savegame in the cloud 
To be 100% sure you can try to launch the game on the XB1 of a friend with your account logged in.
Same error → Your savegame is gone. Only solution is to delete the savegame and start the game from scratch.
This happend to a lot of people … me too.
I’ve tried the game with my profile on another XB1 and get the same message, so I guess my save has gone.
If I delete the save and start the game from scratch will it affect my progress on the Forza Hub?
No. Reward points inside the hub stay. You also can continue collecting the points if you didn’t have all from FM6 yet.
You should also receive the credits and the cars from the FM6 loyalty program again, when you start with a new savegame.
