My Forza will not work I get to the title screen (the orange McLaren with the black background) and I press A but a message appears saying load failed an unknown error has occurred please try again later.
I have spoken to Xbox support they told me to power cycle my Xbox. Exchange the game for a new one. check my connection. reset my profile. Uninstall and reinstall but none of this worked.
the last support member I spoke to told me to come here and post my problem here. she said that a Forza employee would help me.

Yeah, I’m having the same problem. This is pretty lame.
You have to reset your console to default settings & then start the whole reinstall process for all your games again. You will NOT lose any of your progress on any of your games & non of the content you’ve created, ie, tunes & paintjobs.
I spent 2 weeks going through the whole fix process with ms support & also some help from here too & after i tried everything else, including what you have done, this was the only thing that worked & as far as i know its been 100% successful so far with others who have had the same problem.
It’s a ball ache i know but it does the job.
