Hi I got forza 5 game with my new xbox one i loaded it from the card provided it worked a couple of times then for some reason it stopped working all togeather I have full rights to the game . I have spent 4 hours on the telephone with Microsoft support and 55 hours uninstalling and reinstalling game but nothing all it dose is loop around in circles back to start up screen when I press the A button to start game nothing else happens it just won’t load all I get is the cars at the beginning . I don’t think its my xbox as Titan fall and rise son of Rome work fine .can anyone help me as I’m going outta my mind .
