So i’m trying to play forza with a friend and at the menu where it says Press A To Start it won’t load it trys to then goes to a black screen any ideas on how to fix this and is anybody else getting this??

Try hard restting your Xbox One. With it on, hold the power button for about 5-10seconds and once it’s off, turn it back on. It will take a minute or two, then try and play Forza 5.
Also, try and be patient, this forum is visited by people from all over the world in various time zones. An instant reply is not always possible, but it is free.
You also want to remove your lead connected to the power brick or unplug from wall once your console is off, leave for a few min then plug back in and try again.
I’m having the same problem but it is also affecting single player and my friends can play their forza without any problems resetting my xbox has achieved nothing

I’m currently having the same problem. It just stays stuck at the loading screen seeming to endlessly load nothing. Never happened to me before and there are no scratches on my disc from what I can see. At first I thought it was something with xbox live so I disconnected my system, but that wasn’t the problem either. Very strange.
