I just purchased Forza motorsport 6 Ten Year Anniversary Edition and installed on Tuesday night Feb 21, along with the Complete Forza Motorsport 6 Add-Ons Collection. I installed the game, the add-ons and then ran the game. It said it needed an update 8.04 GB. At about 82% downloaded the queue finished. I ran the game, and once I was able to bring up the cars menu I found only the anniversary edition cars in the free cars. In my garage I found the Porsche and Nascar cars, and the infinity Q60 Concept car. The expansion tabs also have valid content.
The game is not recognizing my VIP status, and it is missing all of the car pack cars as free cars except the anniversary edition cars.
Under marketplace everything shows as purchased. Under “Find a car” the car pack cars appear to exist but at the normal prices. They do not say DLC by the car picture so they are recognized as DLC being there.
How do I get my VIP status to work, and the one time free cars from the car packs?
I tried a hard reset. I uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything. No change. Did another Hard reset and no change. As of today I also have not received any Start UP Tier Rewards.
How do I get this resolved?

EDIT: The specific issue of the free cars, and VIP recognition appears to have been resolved. It was all correct when I started the game late today Wednesday March 1st.

EDIT: My starting loyalty rewards suddenly appeared about August 9th. Now I am just waiting on the loyalty rewards for the Complete Forza Motorsport 6 Add-Ons Collection as paid DLC
Hello, I am also in the exact same situation as SilverPhantom15.
I purchased the Complete Forza Motorsport 6 Add-Ons Collection yesterday Feb 21 as well.
Just as SilverPhantom15 stated, after buying the Complete Forza Motorsport 6 Add-Ons Collection only the Anniversary edition cars, Porsche, Nascar and Infinity Q60 cars are available to me.
All other car packs show up in the find a car but are not accessible in my garage.
Also, my VIP status is not be recognized as well.
I ended up chatting with an Xbox support agent and they had me sign out of my account, then shut down the Xbox One unit, unplug all cables, leave unit off for a couple of minutes, reconnect cables and then finally restart the Xbox One and Forza 6 but unfortunately I still got the same issue - no VIP or DLC cars in my garage that I purchased.
Please, what are the next steps to solve this issue?
I am having the same problem as everyone else. I purchased the Complete add-on Bundle and can’t figure out how to get the free copy of the DLC cars. The Porsches and NASCARs were added to my garage, but I can’t get any of the other DLC cars. I don’t even think I have access to the 10 Year anniversary pack?
Just bought a Xbox for FM6 and FH3 … Same problem. While googling a way to fix mine it seems crazy this has been a problem that is in every recent forza game by the look of it.
Would be nice to be able to use the stuff. Too poor in game to buy most of them.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled all of the DLC twice, hard rebooted twice, and still have only the Porsches and Nascars. I have no free cars tab, and some cars don’t even show up under buy cars. For example, the 1966 Silvia is nowhere to be found.
Same issue here as everyone else, bought the Ultimate Add on Collection as I thought it was good value for money, loaded game up and received notification for the Porche expansion and the NASCAR one but all the other car packs PLUS the ViP add on does not work and the game doesn’t recognise me as a ViP. Very disappointed and have emailed Turn 10 (to which they may not even reply) and am really hoping they come out and resolve this.
Wow, I thought I was the only one with that issue because of the region in where my xbox is, so it makes me think that, that must be because of a lot of people buying this game and the extra dlcs or the complete season pass, and the forza servers couldnt keep all of those transactions (or well, thats what I think), so I hope it gets fixed soon because I feel like the game isnt complete with those features (VIP, free cars) so well, I’ll wait, probably its like when they gave forza horizon in games with gold (and also in xbox one back-compat) and the game was extremely laggy.

I bought the complete Forza 6 add-on collection that’s currently on sale on xbox live on Feb 24, with the only gamertag I have (no shared console).
The Nascar and Porsche expansions installed correctly along with one single car: the Infinity Q60.
My VIP status and car packs all show as purchased. No free car options to download, and no VIP status on profile. Heck, even the badge is still locked on my profile like I don’t own it.
I’ve read through many threads on here to troubleshoot the problem, such as uninstalling/reinstalling. Multiple hard reboots following the instructions posted by SnowOwl in the other threads to no avail.
This definitely isn’t some isolated incident and something is going on with all of us that bought that bundle. I hope Turn 10 can figure it out quickly. I’ve been a huge fan of the Forza series for a long time and never had any issues, but this is wild. Pretty disappointed.
I’m going to wait for a Turn 10 employee to respond to this issue before I try to get a refund from Microsoft.
