WELL add me to the list of unfortunate souls who gave their money expecting a product that actually does what it is advertised to do! I did the whole gambit of instructions to get the cars to become available as directed by XBOX and now I am trying to contact Turn 10! I have a case number for the Xbox Customer Support and even tried ideas here on the forum.
This is extremely frustrating and with ALL the removal and re-installation of 45GB of DATA, am now almost at the limit of my data plan before it jumps up in bandwidth costs! It would be great if this issue was resolved expediently and some “gifts” for those that have voiced issues with this purchase.

I have the same problem plus it removed 1.7 million cr from me when I tried to follow the instructions provided on the marketplace, and I want those back it’s ridiculous for a issue like this and to be not only punished with not receiving what you paid for with no answer , but to lose your hard earned credits as well.
For the sake of being thorough, I guess I’ll add myself to this list. Same issue, I’ve uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. Actually went over my Data Allowance in doing so, nice little $50 fee to add to the money I spent on the DLC. Funny thing is, my girlfriend has the game too, she got the DLC and it works with no issues. Hopefully you guys can find a fix for this soon, I lost a good chunk of my weekend messing with this.
SN… I tried Xbox support first, they sent me here. Did 3 different types of resets with no success. Figured this may save someone an hour with Xbox support.
Sadly in the same boat as everyone here… I bought your game and complete add-on pack with a deal that is happening for gold members right now and I’ve never been so upset to find out about this… I feel so ripped off and scammed… I’m not touching your game till this gets resolved… that is if it will… you guys seem to be ignoring your very unsatisfied customers and it’s sad… I want a refund if this is not fixable which I think is the case seeing everyone going ignored with this problem… grrrrrrrrr…
seriously i wish i could all of some of my credits so you could use them to buy the cars
within the first month of playing i had more credits than i knew what to do with…i actually wish that i was made to pay for ALL the cars in the DLC packs instead of getting them free
don’t know what is causing your issues but most people were able to solve it by doing a full proper hard reset / cold boot of their console AFTER everything was fully installed including pulling the power cable from the wall
It’s not a problem buying these cars, it’s more of a problem you don’t get what you paid for. If you would go buy yourself a 50 bucks gift card and instead of that you get 25, would you be ok with that? That’s what happend to us in other words. We paid for VIP aswell and we didn’t get it, we paid for cars which you can’t even buy in store.
And i tried hard and cold boot… It’s like saying ‘did you try turning it on and off again’, yes sherlock, i did.

What you just said is pretty insulting to everyone having issues I hope you know… you’re acting like saying to hard reset you console is helpful lol it makes you sound like Xbox support… like everyone tried that already…
That’s cool that you like the idea of buying all the dlc cars but I didn’t spend real money to have to spend in game credits to get the cars I spent real money on… plus that’s not the only issue… people aren’t being listed as VIP and getting extra credit… if you have no real help but to say reset your console just don’t bother…
This is a joke. I strongly recommend someone to fix this now. At this time you are in breach of the law under Theft by Deception. Give us what we paid for please.
I have the same issue as the others in this thread. I purchased the Forza 6 Complete Add-on Collection on 2/21/2017. The VIP perks have not been granted to my account, even though the game management of the game on the Xbox shows it as installed. I do not have the VIP badge, no cars, and no VIP bonus for wins. I can see the cars in the “Buy Cars” section of the game. I have also verified a few of the car packs and the cars themselves show up in the “Buy Cars” option, but I have not been given any of the cars and when I try to collect them it gives me a purchase cost, so they are not free.
I spent over 2 hours in chat with the Xbox Live support people and I can provide the entire chat conversation if that would be helpful. We tried everything from uninstalling the DLC, to removing my profile, to factory resetting the console (keeping games and apps), and hard resetting the console. None of these steps worked to fix the issue with the VIP perks missing or any cars being granted.
The Porsche and Nascar expansions are working fine, as I have played them. All of the content for these two expansions has been given and seems to be working as expected.
I purchased this DLC collection with the same account and on the same Xbox One S console that I am playing the game on. We have 3 Xbox One consoles in our house and this one is not my “Home Xbox”, as my original Xbox One (non-S) is still set to that, so my kids can share my digital content. I’m not sure if this is the problem, but hopefully it’s not, as Forza 6 is not even installed on the old Xbox One console.
I’m not sure what else to add, but I would like a resolution to this problem. I was very excited to see the complete DLC pack, so I could get all of the content without having to purchase it all separately. I am enjoying Forza 6 and Forza Horizon 3 a great deal. I do not want to have a sour taste or see the game get tarnished by poor DLC transactions.

loose 2 hours with xbox live support with the same trying to reset…i think they should notice there is a global problem with this pack in regard of this post…and they might contact T10…

I didn’t realize the extent of the missing features. At first I thought I was just missing the free in-game cars from the regular DLC packs(Porsche and NASCARs were added to my garage). Like others I have also noticed that, even though recognized as PURCHASED, I am not getting any perks for being a VIP. The in-game recognition and credit bonus are not working for me.
Having the same problem as everyone else! I bought the complete add-on collection, and my dlc from before I purchased the bundle works (10th anniversary, the free dlcs) and the Porsche and Nascar expansions seem to work, but the VIP/Car Pass/everything else is not showing up, despite it being purchased, and the game saying I’ve purchased them. I’ve tried everything mentioned in this thread, with no luck. I was going to buy the expansion pass for FH3, but that’s definitely not happening now.
After this purchase Nascar and Porsche DLC was working and all other Carpacks and so on showed as purchased but the cars are not availiable
Since yesterday evening the Nascar DLC was lost. I can rebuy it but it was not longer show as puchased and i can´t play it.
Some Carpack are losing to… Logitech is missing and two other car packs…
Microsoft Support can´t help like the other Guys told. Do this… do that…hard resett bla bla. Nothing works
